number calls, but when you call it is not a good number or busy

They called, I answered and said hello 4 times and then they hung up!

I called the number back it went to voicemail of a person named Jerry whatley.wattley.

I just got a call from  number today11/22/2016 8:23 p.m.  I called the number back twice and my phone went dead I was no response no proving nothing.  and I just had my number changed to this number recently.

Called me but no answer as well

They call my house phone, but I missed the call displayed beaverton or the number (503) 591-5482. So I tried to call on my cell phone all my phone displayed was calling.......
