The owner is a Todd Tinkler he is as stupid as his employees he just yells if you try to explain they are calling the wrong number. He sounds like a real loser who is unstable. Not a legit company.

Some people that work there try to handle thing correctly and according to the law, but management is a loose Canon who treat his employees like they are dogs for the all mighty doolarly have a large lawsuit filed against them thru residents of Alabama. Lets hope this class action suit puts them out of business. That what they deserve. I fell sorry for the people who are stilled employedd with them.

Got a call from this company I called the number they left with my 77 year old mother turns out it is a low life collection agency. I did not know the person they were looking for and was cursed out by this crazy man who sounded like he he was on drugs, I asked to speak to a manager he told me he owned the F(*&ing company when I asked his name he screamed Todd Tinkler. I just hung up and called my lawyer. I had taped recorded the conversation because my mother was so upset from when they called her. My lawyer said this is a collection company that buys old debt and he will file a formal complaint on my behalf. He advised me this company has a reputation for being abusive to people.

Yep, C2C is just another collection agency which will try to settle a claim without documentation. And try to put pressure on you in a few ways... giving themselves titles which sound official.. or discuss terms which are meant to sound like they can get your account infomation, credit, business associates.. blah blah blah.  

I asked them for proof in writing to support their claim and received something vague and non-supportive.  In addition, they sent another letter which requested I give them my bank account information so they can draft the amount owed.  Okay, I'll get right on that!

I have recorded all supporting documentation and emails from their company and our attorney said to just ignore them until we receive any court documents or something that actually supports their claim.  It appears to him an attempt to hustle someone with scare tactics.  It has been about 6-8 months now.. still waiting.

BTW, Kathleen.. you can send me your checking account information and I will simply wire the money to your account... ROFL!  Seriously, since you read these posts and actually respond... how low will you go?  I bet you actually posted some of the claims that say "we were sued"!!!

Well, basically if you are a business, and you pay your bills, you dont have to worry about getting a call from them. If your bills are paid, then your vendors will not send you to the collection agency. It's really pretty simple.

- have worked with C2C for a year now and they have consistantly impressed me with their professionalism and amount of money they recover for my company! By the time a private investigater calls, they have exhausted all other resources to contact the debtor and settle the matter. Don't buy things you can't pay for and you wouldn't have anything to complain about.

Kayleen is an alias my dear, real name is Jacqueline Dollison. Todd Tinkler is the leader of the group. Along with Anthony Reed and the ass of them all Annie Hunt. these people also go by Marjel Properties which who Jacqueline is the head attack dog, these people all work together and they use the collection agency to scam people and businesses. This Dollison lady said my 90 year old grandmother owed Marjel 900.00 for past due rent and she has been in the same home for 75 years she tricked her into giving her bank info and took out 1900.00, then a few weeks later my mom pays 2000.00 to a car dealership in Morrow GA and she does not even drive! I have made several police reports and hired a private investigator to track these [***] down. I too currently have a lawsuit against c2c resources for taking over 2500 out of my mothers account as well. People lets band together and get these [***] off the streets!

These people are a legit collection company, I ignored there calls and had a Private Investagator at my business! I ignored that as well and I was served with papers for Orange County Civil court and now had to hire an attorney that was about double the amount of the money I owed the company that hired these people.  Just a suggestion but why not just pay the dam debt ?!?

These people are idiots.  They keep calling my work and harrased my receptionist.  The Fair Debt Collection Practice Act will protect everyone from these low lifes.  IF you get a call tell them not to contact you anymore per the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.  Inform them that if they call you again, you will seek to sue them under this act.  You can sue up to $1,000.  Look it up.  This law helps the debtor.  Let's get these guys in their place!

A PI cannot show up at your place of business.  IF they do this is harrasement!!  Stop with the stories please!!

I wk for C2C as a sales agent and as to the comments posted, i realize that every person on here is a debtor. Each and every person owes money to another company that hired C2C Resource as thier third party collector. So there is no need to be suspicious of the calls, but i would return them.

You have to work for this company! LOL!

You must owe C2C (or one of their clients) lots of money to have to work from them!

I recieved a call from Paul Tropiano with c2c Resource company.The phone number he called from was
627-495-0050 ext.348. I am a realtor with Coldwell Banker. Paul claimed that I owed an out of state sign company over $800.00 and that I should send him a check. In all my years as a realtor I have NEVER ordered signs. My company has always provided all of our agents with signs for FREE. When I tried to explain this to him he just got louder and louder. He contiued to ask for a check and that this could become a legal matter. He is exactly right about that. I will not hesitate to make it one. He said he had proof that I had recieved this merchandise. l asked him to fax me this proof because I had never recieved anything from the fantom sign company. He just kept asking for the check and not answering my request for a copy of the statement. I don't know the company he is talking about nor do I know him. My first thought is SCAM and BEWARE!!!!!
