This guy is a [***].  He calls pretending to be some hot shot “Civil Investigator” when really he sits at home all day trying to collect old debt from unsuspecting companies.  Most of the debt he is trying to collect has already been charged off and he is making it seem like there is some criminal aspect to what he is doing.  The only criminal is him.  He goes by Glen Fourmaux or Brent Bukaka.  Depending on what he is selling.  He uses the same phone number on his pre-paid cell phone because he cannot afford a real cellular plan that requires credit.  I think he may be a front for a child pornography site.  If he calls you hang up and call the Attorney General in New Orleans.  504-680-3000

Rather amusing that you put effort into making a post about a collection agency.  Perhaps rather than avoid your creditor and force them to place you for collections, you should have bothered to call the creditor direct and work the debt out.  Yet another idiot with a sense of entitlement.  Probably waiting for a hand out from the federal government.  So, you hide behind a message board and criticize the people that are paid to collect from you.  No wonder this country is going down hill.  You seem to forget why these people called you to begin with.  Hmmmm... the fact that you utilize lines of credit while you are undercapitalized.  Unbelievable.

Glen Fourmaux is a absolute RUDE Jerk!  If this isn't a scam, then you people need to lear how to conduct professional business without being rude and untactful!!  First of all, Glen has called the office I work for and before he would even tell me his name or anything about himself, he was very RUDE and disrespectful!  I have not done anything to this man or the compnay he works for.  I am simply the receiptionist and he felt the need to be highly rude which is very unprofessional. If your comany is trying to collect debts from others you may want to take a nicer approach otherwise you will NOT get anywhere!! A EXTREMELY RUDE, man named Glenn Fourmaux called saying he was a civil investigator calling in reference to a financial investigation with our company for a man named Dennis Avalos and the company is Sanders & Douglas.  He would not specify the OUR company name and I did not volunteer any information.  He asked to speak with the “OWNER”  and wanted his name, but I found it kind of strange that he did have that information.  Before I would tell him anything I asked who he was and that’s when he became very rude.  He started talking very fast and when I asked him to slow down and repeat his name, he replies " YOU HEARD ME "  and kept being rude and demanding information from me.  He said the investigation would begin tomorrow if the “OWNER” had questions he could contact Dennis Avalos or himself at the numbers listed below, but the investigation would begin tomorrow on our company and then he hung up on me. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION! IF THEY WERE LEGITIMATE DEBT COLLECTOR THEY WOULD ALREADY HAVE YOUR INFORMATION FROM THE COMPANY YOU OWE MONEY TOO!!

No Mrs. Dollison here- must be a different person that the one comment is about~ See, there is a bunch of mis-perceptions and mis-understandings on this Blog. I hope that you all get the matters at hand resolved. There is nothing to worry about. If C2C has called you it is because of a business matter that needs your attention. Whether a mis-understanding between you and another vendor or a past due invoice, it still deserves a moment of your time. I can tell you that C2C employees are not trying to waste their time or work on fake cases. So, call them and just get it straightened out. :)'ing @ you.

I do not think that Glen works for C2C any longer. Just FYI: He is an independent investigator and was never an employee of C2C, he is probably working for other companies. If you are getting calls from him it is not about a case C2C is working on~ or me for that matter. :)'ing

I know that this company and several people that work there are under Surveillance by several law enforcement agencies from what I hear from the girl who gave the Police the names of the people that were selling drugs out of the office that they were already being watched because of complaints by other people that work in the same building.It appears from what I am told that most of the people that work there are druggies.

I know Glen. A retired capt from New Orleans Police Dept. He has had his PI detective agency for at least 20 or 30 years. Nice guy, but I guess he gets a better response from certain deadbeats by trying to intimidate. Of course he does not know who he is calling most of the time so he steps on a lot of toes with his approach.  He even left a message on my answer machine one day not knowing that it was me. Ha. (I had a relativie that used my address one time and now I sometimes get bill collectors calling my house.) I guess I should call Glen back and let him know that he barking up the wrong tree with me...but heck, it is nice to hear his sweet voice on my answer machine every now and then.  All I can say is that Glen is NOT a scammer and runs a legit PI business. Got a similar call from a glenn forunax and hl Hastings.  If they were a pi or a debt collector they would have a lot more information.  It's an obvious scam and you can contact your local district attorney' office, FBI, or the secret service as both of the latter have national jurisdiction.  They are using numbers of 520-760-6222 or 970-422-4222.  Any debt collector would at least state the vendor and invoice number for reference.

I have turned them into the state dept of justice and got a court order, they HAD to appear in a Idaho court, this was after I filed the complaint

Our call center forwarded a message to me from a man who said his name is H.L. Hastings, an attorney for Tucker Albin. I returned the call, referencing case # 39838 as directed. He was on a speaker phone, said he's an attorney trying to get in touch with XXX, previous owner of the company, that a lawsuit is to be filed and he has a signed affidavit.  He was polite enough. I said I'd refer the call to the previous owner's attorney. The attorney asked me to get an email address or find a website to see if this was a legitimate call from Mr. Hastings. When I call Hastings back, he would not give me that information even though it seems very basic and any legitimate attorney would freely give out a way for someone to contact them besides the telephone number. He merely repeated the legal phrases "signed affidavit" and "lawsuit to be filed".  I'm dismissing this call and won't waste any time on it.

I got the same call today form a moron named Glenn Fourmaux, 504-914-9947.  He said he was hired by Dennis Avalos, 619-564-4221 of California.
He asked if I got his notice in the mail.  I said I didn't. He acted surprised.
I told him he could commit a physically impossible act on himself.  He still persisted.
My guess is he's an overweight, under-educated, fat slob sitting in his tee shirt and underwear making these calls.  He may not be much better than "Dennis Avalos," who has to be somewhat smarter than "Fourmaux" because he has at least hired the moron to do his dirty work.

yes he think is a HOT Shot and no one can stop. His Name is Dennis Avalos, He contacted me for over 2 years and because his an Ass to I wasn't nice to him. Also He broke the FDCPA Regulation many times by sharing my business with third party. I already filed against him a law suit, and I am sure soon he will loosing his license such as Debt Collector.
