Comes up as MRSI on caller ID. Never anyone on the other end if I pick up. Went to their website and fired off a nastygram telling them to cut it out!

Thanks to those who went to the trouble to post info on these people and the complaint link. I must have signed up for something recently because in the past week I've received 5 or 6 calls from unknown sources like this one. I answered and didn't say anything...lol  They said 'hello???????  I said nothing....and they hung up. OH WELL!

They are not taking surveys. They are using that as an excuse to telemarket you. Report them.

Have gotten 4 calls in the last 2 days from this number.  I live in the 570 area code.  I have not answered the call yet.

I think you want to be put on the list?  See... If they take you off .... Oh well, I think you probably meant you don't want them to call you.  Ha.

Anyway, this site doesn't add or delete people from lists. You need to figure that one out on your own. From what others say it looks like you need to call them and ask directly, since being on the big Do Not Call list doesn't help in this case.

I just wanted to report that we have also started to receive calls from this ph# 513-562-1300. They hang up when we answer so we've let the answering machine pickup at which point they hang up without leaving a message. I was fed up with this so I discovered that our phone service company offers "call blocking" AT&T allows customers to block unwanted calls by pressing *60 and then adding the phone#s to a blocked list. I've done so with this phone #. There are other ways to block unwanted calls, as well. I've included the link that describes the various methods of doing so. I wanted to get this information out to anyone who may find it useful since it is quite annoying to receive these types of calls.

CALLS 3 OR 4 TIMES A DAY

they do not observe the do not call policy

THIS # CALLS A COUPLE PF TIMES A DAY!!! wHERE IS THE FCC?????

MSRI says that they are calling on behalf of other companies for research and marketing surveys. Because of that they don't have to participate in the do not call list. They do have an email donotcall@msri.com and you can request your number removed.

This number has called the last line of my switchboard at 5:15PM for weeks.  Yesterday they called again at 7:49PM.  Because we are a trucking company with a 24 hour dispatch, these calls tie up my switchboard and my dispatchers time.  They are extremely annoying and time consuming.  I have complained several times to Do Not Call but it doesn't seem to stop them.

I think this is Bright House networks surveys. When I turned on my service I got the same thing, multiple calls and hang ups. Now when I cancelled my service the calls started again.

They are a research, survey company and therefore do not qualify for don not call list.  Gave web address to remove # but no address exists
