Call came in from this number 3 times today...just shows Cincinnati, Ohio and the number.  Called at 8:15p.  

I don't answer ANY call coming in that I don't recognize.
They are wasting their time on my number.

Yup, also been getting repeated calls from this #.  Answered it for the first time and said nothing, just waited for them to say something. Hung up after about a minute. Just what gives these people the right to intrude into my life/time?? This kind of cold calling should  be agains the law.

This number rings me relentlessly 5-6 times a day. If its a bill collector, send some mail. If its not, lose my number.

Repeated calls -- at least 5-6 during morning. No one responds when answered.

Keep getting a call from this number MRSI and I don't know why either. They need to stop calling my number. I don't care what it is for. Plus I don't know how they got my number.

These guys call all the time, Sunday thru Saturday.  I count 13 to 16 rings before they give up.
Caller ID says Ohio.  But some of the post here say it is Market Researach Services, Cincinnatii Ohio,
They listed a Management number of 513  579  1555  email  is info@mrsi. I have no Idea what they are selling and I do not want to know.   they call from one to at least 3 times a day almost every day anymore.
I am in  my late 70's  It is hard for me to get out of a chair to answer the phone.  That is why I pay extra to have caller ID.  If I don't see name on caller ID that I know ---  I don't answer.   I too am on the  do not call list
but that does not seem to matter.   And if it is govenment related they can violate the do not call list because they are exempt from those rules..   How do we get these idiots to stop calling???
Part of the problem is your credit cards, and other places that have your name -- sell your name to other affilites they are involved with.   That needs to be stopped.

One call from 513-562-1300. Don't know anyone in Ohio. Hangs up so quickly no opportunity to answer.

Called two or more times per day for past two weeks.  Never wait for answering machine.  Hang up on fourth ring.  I've been on the all the do not call lists for years.  Sending them an email.

Funny how this number just called my house after 9pm yet when I called back to complain I get a message that their office is closed and to push a button to speak with someone after hours, yet it send me directly to a voicemail. I hate that I can't call them all hours of the day and night as they do me and my family. The message gave an email address for an internal do not call list... hopefully that works because if not they will not like the ear full they will get all day long while their offices are open!

Called me yesterday and today. Do what I do. I send a complaint to both of my senators in Washington and my representative. I demand they make the FTC and FCC enforce existing laws. Plus pass some laws with more teeth.

I promise you that if Congress got as many complaints as the DoNotCall website they'd do something.

Also why don't the phone companies give us the tools to block these calls for free?

MRSI - Marketing Research Services Inc. Both my Hubby and I are signed up to receive invitations to participate in a Smoker's Panel here in Chicago. We get $25 cash and 8 plain white packs of no named cigarettes with numbers on them like "E5" and a colored dot sticker on the bottom (2 packs per color). We are given 4 sheets of questionnaires that we have to fill out after smoking enough of the cigarettes to answer a comparison likeness grading scale of 1-5, 1 being nothing like your regular brand and 5 being same as your regular brand. You have to grade compared to your brand you smoke such as: harshness, aftertaste, burn rate, if they went out the same or more or less than your regular brand, etc. After filling out the survey paper on one color, you call their toll free number and answer the questions by pushing the numbers that you wrote on the colored paper. After that call you will be instructed to "begin smoking the next pack".

This probably sounds really confusing to people who don't participate in focus groups like we do all of the time. Hey...it's what we call "Beer Money" AND they give you 8 packs o cigs for free!  Hope this helps all concerned. Cheers!

This is a telemarketer...I found this on www.whitepages.com. They call repeatedly even though I am on the NO CALL list, and it goes to my answering machine but they leave no message.

These folks seem to like me! They call me several times a day, everyday, seven days a week.  They leave no message and like to hang up if you do not answer on the first or second ring.  Anyway, I don't know them (MRSI: 513-562-1300)!  Since they have NO ethics or common courtesy, and lack any business professionalism, I enjoy making them work for their efforts.  My telephone ringer is turned off, so they do not bother me anymore!  My message recorder is set up to disregard their calls.  Have "fun" you harrassers, go "play with yourselves"!  Be Happy!
