This is pretty bad and illegal. This is a Bell Canada company that is doing this. The same company paid to monitor the Do Not Call List.

I got a call from this #, and the supposed Bell representative informed me i was paying PEI's tax, when I live in Quebec, which has a lesser PST. he then transferred me to customer service, where i was cut off. i called back SKYDISH, and they verified that I was in fact paying PEI's PST. Turns out this # is valid after all, they're probably a pushy call center for bell that have laundry lists of people to annoy.

I've been getting this call for the past few days. I called BELL, and they confirmed that it is not their number. Also, they are in the midst of investigating the source of the number. The rep. told me not to call the number back, and not to give out any information. If these people call you, simply tell them that you will call BELL back -- DO NOT call the number that they give you to call back. Instead, call the actual BELL number (310-SURF).

This number called my cell, I didn't answer as I was on my work phone, they did not leave a message, then they called back a minute later, again, did not answer, no message. i called the number back from my work phone, not cell, and the message says "Bell Canada has tried to reach you. however no incoming calls are taken on this number, please call 1-800-477-9205." Called that number back, and it's the credit department of Bell.

I have been receiving calls from this number for about 6 months.

About one in four calls leaves a msg. The msg states that I need to call back to discuss a vital issue and assures me it is not a sales or promotional call.

When I called in to bell directly, I had them search both my internet and mobile phone accounts and there is nothing owing, no outstanding bills...EXCEPT...Turns out someone signed up for a home phone number in my name, but listed me as a Mr., rather than Ms., and used my current address. I DON'T HAVE a home phone but they mangaged to wrack up a bill for over a $130 before I received a billing notice.

Bell is investigating this currently.

Keep a close eye on your account usage, and if you pay by Credit Card, watch your statements online daily. They have somehow managed to capture Bell Account information. Very scary and invasive.

On August 29,2009, I recieved a call at 1:17 pm  in Oshawa, Ontario. I was unavailable to answer the call, fortunately. My curiousity was piqued, and I searched the number out on Google, wondering why I would get a call from Quebec. I found this page on the top of the search list. Apparently I was lucky to miss the phone call.

Got acouple phone calls from them saying there fron Bell... Not ligit

they called and wanted me to give them my credit card number and wanted my address and other personal info.

Recieved phone call several times, stating english message will follow. important message about your bell account.  It's not overdue***** hung up*****another time it was a person requesting I pay my bill over the phone. I refused, they threatened to cut my services, I told them, "go ahead you'll be replaced by another." then I hung up.

I just had same thing. Asked about my plan and there was silence. He said he could transfer me to customer service after the payment. I asked to be transferred first. lol. Anyways dumb [***] finally does transfer me to customer service after a very unprofessional call. None of the usuall this call will be monitored or verification that you are actually the phone/cable service subscriber.

Bell told me nothing owing actually a small credit.

The easiest thing to do for all 800 or area code numbers is not to answer any of them.If it is a legitimate number,rest assured, they will get a hold of you thru mail,if there is money owing or for some other reason. LEGITIMATE COMPANIES SEND BILLS including collection agencies.Don't worry ,any company that you have actually dealt with will mail you a letter telling you what the problem is.Remember JUST DON'T ANSWER those calls!! My phone logs 100 calls along with date of each call. During that period I kept a record of all area code and 800 numbers coming in -the day,time,and how many times each would call. I had 3 pages full,mainly the same few numbers.I had proof and my phone as a record.I did phone a few of these numbers and I informed them of my proof of harassment and that I had contacted the police of that area code given them their number and proof of harassment,and each and every time they phone from then on would be logged in and taken as futher harrassment and charges would be layed.I told them I would give them a week to get me out of their system.When they tried to speak I talked over them.Take control.Tell them how many times they have phoned a day and total thru the month.You have proof!Ask them if they think its harassment.Ask them their name when you first start talking to them .That way you can tell them at the end of your conversation that you are passing their name along to police as well.Take control!Legitimate companies SEND YOU MAIL!Look the numbers up on computer and you may find that 2 or 3 may be from same company.thats a good thing to tell them to -that you ARE aware.When they claim to be legit tell them to send their correspondence thru mail then you have a record.Tell them that you're done speaking and hang up....

calls me evry morning after reapted attempts of telling them i am not interested

They have been calling me for 3 days now. The first time I answered and they asked for me. It sounded wierd so I asked if I could take the message that She/I was out. They said it was important that I call THE 514 number back. Today the have already called 4 times. It is tiresome. Has anyone heard if they were caught?

this number has called my house twice today and has not left a message

it is a scam and is some dp trying to take your money is all, contact your ph co. and tell them you want that # blocked
