they called me and i answered it on accident then hunged up......know i have two numbers harrassing me

Got a call from this same number around 4:30 pm. I missed the call so I tried calling the number back but I got an error message saying the number wasn't complete as dialed.

Just got this call on my personal cell phone. I've no idea as to how they got the number, but judging from everyone's responses, it is NOT a good idea to answer it.

Recieved a call today from this number- no message.  Looked up the area code and I guess it is from Michigan, or at least bounced through Michigan somewhere.

Apparently the stalker is still on the loose - got a call - no message.  Thanks for the insight.

credit card scam. identity theft!!

Missed a call from this number and tried to call it back. It was invalid number??

I also got a call from this number to my cell phone. They wanted to offer lower credit card rate, but never mentioned which card. They tell you to press one for more info. Tried to call them back and it's not a working number.
PLEASE report them to the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm as well as at donotcall.org. This is the only thing consumers like us can do to fight back.

This number kept calling me several times. They never leave a message, and if you try to call back the number is "disconnected." Well today, I was able to reach my phone when they called. I pressed "1" to speak to someone... when the man came on the line I let him know I would like my number deleted from their records, and the [***] hung up on me!!!! These people are scam artists and it's [***] that I can't get them to stop calling. They have several diff numbers close to this as well, so blocking numbers isn't helping.

Fake "credit card" call to a Google voice number (not owned by anybody who has a credit card):

It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9% your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice press the number one on your telephone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates, or if you'd like to be removed from our call list, press 2. Thank you and have a great day. "

Called two of my cell phones today- first time a man named Andre answered after I pushed 1 and went into his spiel about lowering my interest rate on my credit cards- I don't have any credit cards. I told him that my number was on the DNC list and he hung up on me. Then he called my son's cell phone and I got connected to Andre again. I played nice and asked to speak to his supervisor. He put me on with someone named Eric Nelson. I informed him that his company was harrassing me, that all of my numbers were on the DNC list and if he called again I would report him... he hung up on me too so I went ahead and reported them- once for each cell phone number they have called :D

I got a call from this number. Just like previous commentators mention, it was a recorded message about lowering interest rates on credit card (it didn't mention which).

I'd recommend reporting it to your land-line or cell-phone carrier, who will probably be willing to help their customers by blocking this caller for everyone. I'd not recommend reporting it to the FCC, because the way the message was worded, it's not likely to constitute legal fraud.

I got a call from this number on Monday September 6th. labor day ...and when i called back it says the number is not in service...

calls me, doesn't leave a message, then when I call it back, it says the call cannot be completed as dialed- yes I dialed the "1" first.

Got a call from this number on my cell.  Didn't answer as I was in a meeting.  Since they didn't leave a message and the call was not completed, I probably can't file a complaint.  This is at least the third cell call I've gotten from these people.  Since I can't get enough information to file an actionable complaint, I think I'll settle for hitting them with an air horn next time.
