I have gotten many calls on my cell phone from #517-933-2016.  They never leave a message.  I don't answer it.  Sounds like a scam to get information to me.  I cannot block the number either.

After 9 calls in 3 days without any voicemail message left, this time I called the number back.  My experience was the same as others~ a recording says they are trying to contact me about an order but don't worry, the order will ship anyway.  It gave me an option to put my number on a do not call list, which I did.  The recording says "give us 36 hours" to get it in to the system.  Within 1 minute 30 seconds after hanging up from that call I got a call back from this same number; a company I think she called Call In Cash and Auto Rewards (the girl slurred a little even when I asked her to repeat it) telling me they were sending me a $100 reward certificate for something I did not let her finish telling me about (nothing I ordered).  I told her I just finished adding my number to their do not call list and she said "OK I'll make sure that gets entered" and we hung up.

517 is a Michigan area code, FYI.  I did an internet search and found several reports online about this company offering the $100 certificate for a small fee and trial period in which they take your credit information and then overcharge your credit card.  This is a scam.

This number 517-933-2016 has been calling me everyday and it is very annoying. I tried calling  them to remove my number on their list but got frustrated because their mailbox is full. I was wondering how come they still continue to call me even if my phone number is registered with the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

these people scam you they did it once to me... its a 1.29 for 100 dollar brochure... i got charged 60.00 and they wouldnt give me a refund. they asked me a whole bunch of yes or no questions then they played me a recording to questions i never even answered. thesaid questions and put my yes answer to everything... ITS ALL A SCAM

These people have been calling my three times a day for a week now.  I tried calling back and same thing as everyone else, its a recording that says its a package verification call and that if I don't get a hold of anyone my package will still be sent.
So then they called again and this time it was a man's voice --  sounded like he was in a VERY loud room-- he was yelling hello, I was answering but he couldn't hear me so I just hung up.  

I'm getting very nervous that its a scam and that they are going to charge stuff to my credit card.

Always getting calls from this number.  They won't stop, so annoying!  UGH!  I tell them they have the wrong number but they are relentless.  Wish they would go away!!!!!!!!!!!!  With this many complaints, why haven't they been shut down or caught.  This is ridiculous!

I received this call today and I answer it and the guy said that the credit card I used to buy $52.30 in a store that i qualify for a $25.00 gift card that I can use any where and the scary part was that he had the address and my full name and I told them I don't know that person that you calling for and then he hung up FREAKY!!!!

I DID A LITTLE SEARCH ON THIS NUMBER. ACCORDING TO THE WED SITE I SEARCHED AT, THOUGH NO NAME WAS PROVIDED, IT WAS OUT OF COLDWATER, MICHIGAN. i was not going to pay for the online search service. however, i at least have a possible starting point.
This is obviously a scam working, searching, for credit card numbers from unsuspecting people. demand they give you some information, company name, sonething so you can report them to the AG.

A woman answered said hey baby I need a squeeze and hung up. They call 15-20 times a day.

Same as experience, they had my last four of cc and my address. I told them that that card # is no longer a valid card and that i do not want the service adn they said " great and hung up" THIS IS A SCAM

This is a scam, they're trying to get you to give your credit card information over the internet. They will try to offer you "gas vouchers" worth 150 USD but don't be fooled by it.

Just ask to be taken off the list. They'll try to persuade you to do it. I finally picked up the phone after weeks of missing their calls.

These people at 5179332016 are scammers they got my info at a web survey that I did thinking that it was ebay. At the end of the survey I was offered a Geneva watch for a small shipping fee. After they ran up 129.00 dollars on my card I raised a hell of a ruckus and got a refund, canceled my card and filed a complaint with the FTC, the Attourney General for California and Virginia. I didn't loose any money yet, but am still putting up with the calls. Maybe after they find the card is canceled it will stop. I urge everyone to file a complaint with the FTC. This is bad for any legitimate internet sells.

Three calls coming in in 1 day from this #. Hang up when I try to answer. When I call back, says, "Thank you for calling customer service. We are trying to reach you to confirm an order. If we do not reach you, the order will still be shipped. This is just a courtesy call. Press 1 to leave a message and your phone number. Press 2 to stop calls about this shipment or future orders. Press 3 to be put on our internal 'Do Not Call List'". Left them message of my own: "I looked you [***] up online. I know this is Lucre, Inc based out of Coldwater, MI; and that you sons-of-[***] are scammers. I've reported you, and have cancelled my Visa card. Don't EVER call me, email me, ship anything to me, or try to bill me for ANY of your [***]. Lose all of my [***] information, our I will sue your [***]!!!!!" I think that pretty much took care of it for me. What do you think? LOL

got this call on my way into work. Didn't answer cause i don't talk on the phone while driving. called back and got a female answering machine saying my order was being shipped. haven't ordered anything in months. Left name and number with time to call back between. Should have come to this website first.

I starting receiving multiple phone calls from both 517-933-2016 and 616-980-1151 which are one in the same! They are both scum sucking, lying, money thieving, scammers. They got my information when I fell for the ad to work from home while doing advertisng for "google" and make easy side money. I think they went by google easy street and eight other names. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH bullsh%t! Basically I was to pay $1.95 for shipping to receive an "at home kit" to get you started. I never received it in the mail. I was however rewarded three days later with a $129.95 debit card deduction. Slimmy bast#rds! I know, I know, my fault for giving them my bank card info for the $1.95 but my new year's resolution was to not use my charge cards anymore! :) I cancelled my debit card and re-ordered a new one which they can't put their filthy hands on, nah,nah, nah boo boo! I disputed the charge and after 2 rebutals, I WON! Yes! I learned my freakin' lesson!
These people are like talking to a brick wall and love to get into fights. There is no reason to try and reason with stupid people because we all know you can't fix stupid!
Just click answer and then hang up! Or ignore and hope they give up!
I just blocked them from my phone. I hope that will get rid of the low-life a$$bags!

P.S. Do harrassment laws apply to phone calls?
