My caller actually was at the other end of the line this time.  He claimed that I had "won gas rebates" after a recent purchase with my card ending in **** - which is the last four digits of my Visa check card!!!  After several attempts to find out where I had made such a purchase and who had given his company such delicate information, to no avail of course, I finally hung up on him and contacted my bank.

They call themselves "Vista Marketing" - and on the call-back  where they tell you to press 2 and enter your phone number to stop the calls?  I think it just encourages them!!  They called me twice in a row after I did that!!!
