today i got a call on my job from someone named shaun black as well as my 65 year old mother saying that i need to contact them with a layer asap. They then called my home and leftthe same message on my phone. they say they are from som place bci. Now i do nt know what these people want and why they are callig me but i want it to stop. i work everyday to keep my family housed and feed . but these calls i fear are going to cost me my job . what can i do . i filed reports with the ftc. what more can i do. they say i owe them 5000 dollars for i do not know.are they crazy.

Are you still receiveing phone calls? I am an Actual Detective and have been investigating this folks. I need all the info on them I can get to find out who they are. Can you tell me what phone number they were calling from?

You are a fraud and your poor grammar sounds like James Black. You did not have the cops come to your door as there is no such thing as that happening. It is a civil matter and since you are an out state no summons is available, and since you are a scammer I hope you enjoy prison as the FBI will at your company in the 2 weeks.

Ignore it as they are trying too steal your money. They will threaten jail which is a lie. They can not touch you and they have no athority. I suggest change the phone number and leave it at that. Document what you can on the calls and all the numbers and fax it too the BBB and the FBI. If possible file a criminal complaint agaist him and destroy him.

Report them as TERRORIST it is what they are. They call and then steal the number and use it too call so that number show up on your caller ID. They are TERRORIST collecting money for there cell in AMERICA. REPORT THEM AND HELP TAKE THEM DOWN.

I just received a phone call at my place of employment and my cell phone from "John Smith" at
518-303-6180 ext 895

Same story as above.

I have gotten the same phone calls from the same company saying that I owe $838.00 with some sort of paydayloan company. But when they gave me the name of the company I looked it up it is a paydayloan site but they were not even a lender site. He told me that his name was Officer Daniel White with the department of Fraud and that I was being sued for Fraud. I was in shock first of all the man had all my information and my ss # and was asking me for my debit card information over the phone. Then when I looked up the number they are some telecommunication company out of New York. I am not sure but this sounded weird to me, They have to provide you with some thing in writting I thought and why is he asking me for my credit card info.

They have called from 585-331-8608, and when you call there is no recording saying that They are anytype of gov agency the phone rings and rings and some just answered hello.

Come to my house roger and you'll find out what a shotgun to the face is.

I received the same calls at work and my cell. I checked my credit report and I have no history of any loans. I called them back and told them that I did some investigation and they are a scam. I also told them that I filed an incident report with the police and not to call me again.

I have been recieving voicemails from Paul Black and phone calls from an Indian man by the fake name of Kevin Jones who calls me 10 times a day including calling my job. I have never done a cash advance and I am not sure how they got my information. I did try to get my credit report and 2 of the credit bureaus had problems with me receiving my report. Today I decided since Kevin Jones wanted to keep calling me I was going to keep calling him. Now when I call they answer saying "Hello" breathing real hard because they dont like being bothered. the number they are calling from is 707-687-3001.

I have also received this call TODAY!!. And another guy named james brown. he told me the amount of money that i said i could afford to pay upfront and he said i must be joking. Since he has my info, i thought it was real. But he was demanding i pay $1450 for a loan i owed. i never took out anything near this amount. he told me i have no choice but to pay or they'll the police for the lawsuit. THIS ALL SEEMED TOO SUSPICIOUS TO I HAVENT PAID OR FAXED ANYTHING.

Today I received a phone call from an officer Mark Anthony stating that I have committed a fraud and there has been charges filed against my name and social security number. I asked them to send me something in writing and of course they could not do that. I ahve printed out all of my bank statements with proof that no money has ever been given to me from this Cash advance Usa. I informed them of this and he told me that my proof doesn't mean sh**. These people are a SCAM!!! They tell you that if you dont pay the money that you will be arrested and held under custody until you do pay it. DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Call them back and inform them that you are reporting them to your local police department and filing harassment charges against them if they don't stop harassing you

This company has called me on my job harassing me as well.  I know that they have called my friend on our job as well.  Now he is calling my friends daughter at her home.  This is a mess.

What I want to know is who do we call to report these people.  I live in the Philadelphia Area and I am ready to write in to my local Fox news.

I received the exact same message and it was from New York also. Said same thing about a cash advance and said i received it when i didnt and if i didnt pay it indiana state police would call me and charges made against me. i think its a scam too.

I recived a call from a  agent sean smith stating that I owe money to cash advance america. I explained tha i.never took.aloan.from them. He then stated that he.is going to send the.cop to my place of employment and I would be arrested.

Yes, they have vbeen harassing me at my job; also. I have gotten out several loans but not been late on any of them and they demand money and tell me I have a complaint from a company I've never gotten a loan from.  Also, I'm never been late on my pmts and called each company and no one even has heard of them harassing me.  They're all fine with my pmts, so why are they doing this.  My job is getting harrassing phone calls and its even went to my boss.  This is ridiculous they call me all the time from all kinds of dfifferent numbers.  Help.?

I have several ; theyve even called and the secretary has given them my boss to talk to - its embarrassing.  And scary for me to hear them threaten me with a lawsuit when I did nothing.
