I am getting calls from this number all hours of the day up until 9 pm.  I don't answer it, you would think that they would get the hint and not call again.  They start to call me at 9 am.  If I don't know the number then I don't pick up the phone.

I called the number listed (519-894-4566 Ext. 4) and the person who answered was very polite was very happy to remove my number from their DO NOT CALL list.  We will see.

The phone 519-894-0084 has called my phone no. several times.  I do not answer but they keep calling.

This number keeps calling so I went to the website and indicated to stop calling hopefully that works.

This number, which comes up as CMS, calls my home at least once a day. I have asked them to remove our number from their system and they seem to do so for about a month but then the calls start again. Apparently they are trying to sell me the local newspapers, which means that being on the Do Not Call list will not help in this case. They fall under the exclusion category. My solution: I just pick up and hang up when I see their number on the display now.

This is a promotional telemarketing company selling nespaper subscriptions based on your area.  My girlfriend has on three separate occasions said no to them since I've lost my job, and they continue to keep calling - apparently no isn't a good enough answer for them.  There was no rep. on the most recent call, and I stupidly called back, long-distance.  When they call back, I'm going to be having a lovely discussion with them informing them that they need to give us time for our situation to change before calling us again.  We like the deal and have done it twice, we just can't do it right now.

called there website contact today and asked to be put on the do not call list.
What do i get not only three hours later another call from the.

come on now this is garbage so i called there contact back and she said shed put it through again and it could be up to 31 days to be removed.  Thats [***].  

I waste money on 2 long distance calls for this trash.

Receive calls often. Never a message.

Called 5 minutes ago, answering machine picks up.. they hang up.

this number calls up to three times a day, leaves no messages. Researched the number and found out it is a land line in Kitchener, Ontario that belongs to a marketing firm.

Same as other people on this coments page, CMS shows up on the phone, tried calling back late at night got an answer machine that said the mailbox was full, [***] :D

I keep getting calls from this number..sometimes 2 -3 times a day..m]no msg. left..I live out in Victoria BC so it's pretty wide spread..wish there was a way to block such calls..

you can call block the number.  i can't remember the code to block numbers, but look into it - that should stop them from being able to access you.  i get CMS calls every day also, usually when I'm putting the baby to bed or shortly afterwards - just the right timing to disrupt our settling down routine on a regular basis.  very annoying.
with telemarketers that break thru the non call list, my husband and i ask the caller to hold for a sec and put them on hold, put the phone down, and walk away.  come back to check in after a while - no one has ever sat on our hold waiting to sell us something.  and it feels VERY satisfying.  might as well be irritating back.

I JUST got a new phone line put in my house and haven't even given out the number to family yet and this number has already called twice in a 3 hour span.

Lucky for me I bought the new panasonic DECT 6.0 phone which has a block caller feature built into it. Very handy I must say.

yea, they do it to me too. i told them i was on the do not call list and they couldnt call me anymore or i would fine them and she unpolitely disagreed and said she will not stop calling me she has every legal right to. the company is a complete scam, they wake me up every morning and i've had it up to my ears with these people. the company is a complete scam at that. i dont appreciate a) being hung up on b) being told im lying about who i am and c) being told i cant do anything about being harassed.

I get a call everyday from the number 519-894-0084, anytime of the day.  Sometimes it says CMS other times private name.  When I answer they say nothing and then they hang up.  When I call this number back, I get a voice mail stating that the mail box belonging to CMS is full.  This is getting really annoying.
