I find it funny that u and me have almost the same case number that you provided what kind of idiots do they think we are! Don't pay them they ask for you to get a prepaid card to make payment arragements so it can't be traced! File complaints with your attorney generals office scam fighters and the cosumer financial protection rights bearu!

Keep getting called from 539-664-7349. They are telling they have two counts against me for fraud and then give a case number etc. I have receieved anything in mail.

Hit that Block button. Problem solved.

a lady calls me saying that i owe advance america 330.50 and if i go to court then i will owe 3000.50 . her name was Felisha Maria Daniels . she also says that the company she works for is national attorney network and they are connected to GM associates. this lady know all my information.

Just got the same message on my cel phone saying the same crap on my VM. THE NUMBER IS 539-664-7349.  Said there was fraud that was linked to my SS# and i must call them to stop the paperwork and id be served papers at my job or my home..WTF these people are crazy

I got a call from them at my office.  When I called back I told the lady we received a call with no name, supplied her the case number and her response was  "shhh*t, my head hurts so bad."  It was for someone who hasn't worked her in 5 years.  Believe me if there is a case against you and you are going to jail... you won't get a call before hand. Not how our justice system works.

Same deal. They are also using the number 913-416-4218.  I have just blocked those numbers.  Idiots.  Like I have time to fool with them.

Got a call from them today and said I was getting a summons.  I didn't call them back and won't. All scams

called me and my wife who is freaking out on me .I tell you I'm so pissed about this they just hang up when you ask who they are.and to uhhh hello your an a** you telling me a fourteen year old owes an old debt jack o**

Called and said I was getting a summons for fraudulent charges using my name and SS#.  No response when I tried to call back less than 10 minutes after their call

call stated if I would not called them they are going to come to my job and arrest me for 2 charges I do not know what they are talking about

I called the number back and a young lady gave the whole court spiel (not once stating she was a debt collector). I asked for written proof of any money I may owe and I will gladly pay it. She replied, "Once the arrangement is set and  you pay the balance we will send a paid in full letter." I told her I need documents to substantiate her claim, of course she refused. I then went on to tell her I too am a debt collector and she has violated FDCPA rules based on the contents of the voice mail and she failed to disclose the call was from a debt collector. She immediately hung up.

Got a call from another number saying call this number so I was curious and called.  It lead to a place that claimed to be Goldman and Associates calling, his name was Mr. Davis from a bill back k in 09 and wouldn't tell me who.  Finally he screamed you are going to be summoned and arrested.  I asked again what for and he stated not paying a payday loan.  I've never had one and he claimed it was from a payday yes loan online.  Never have taken a payday loan.  So for entertainment I called back and got a very rude lady named Tiffany.  I calmly asked questions and she yelled at me saying whatever we are pressing charges.  Tiffany proceeded to yell about how it was 530pm and her time to leave and yelled you can call back tomorrow and hung up on me.  Guess I'm not allowed to ask any questions about my so called loan.  

Thank you great advice! I just had a co-worker tell me someone called his cell phone looking for me.  I could not believe it!  I pay all my bills.  I went through an awful divorce over 10 years ago and got myself out of debt after years of working on it.  I have no bills I don't pay now.  I even pay them off early so I was shocked that someone was calling saying they had a court summons.  I was going to call back till I read your blog.  Thank you for the heads up!

LOL! I just literally got the same message. I cannot wait to get home and have some fun with these bottom-feeders. Ive never taken out a Payday Loan either. I had similar calls like this over the years. All SCAMS. I am going to act all concerned and let them think they have me hooked. And then just about when they are about to orgasm, BAM! I gonna let them have it!

I got this same call from these people! So, Its a scam? How do I get them to stop calling me? I told them repeatedly that i didnt have any credit between the years they are saying I owe someone. What can I do?
