I have been getting the same calls and messages , but they are looking for a Richmond , the Name is not too clear , I called them some mouthy woman answered , I ask why are you calling me , I never heard of the person you want , she said ok  ,let me check , then she said we take you off the list .......... This morning I got another call , same thing just a different # I called and some woman said it takes 48 hours to get off there calling list . Like to know who is using my phone #  , had calls like that before but different names , one is a Melissa El or Demonde ....................What can you do about it ?

They said they are from the national attorney network and they are going to take me to serve me and put me in jail if I don't pay them $589.00 now or $125.59 monthly payment due now

They're still at it, my wife got the same call that went to VM today at work.

same thing threatened to have me served for fraud against my ss# and stated a case number..and ner had a payday loan

they called me about fradulant caSE WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

I received a message from 539-664-7349, and got a rude agent.  First of all, the message left indicated that two fradulent charges occurred linked to my social security number.  When I quesitoned the agent when I called back regarding these claims, she was defensive and even had my name wrong.  She started cursing at me as well!  I hung up, but this is a complete SCAM.

Its the same message I received.  Do not believe them for one second.  This is a scam.  I called back and the agent was stuttering and seemed like she didn't have a lick of education to her name.  Hang up next time or just block the call.

they keep on calling me and I made the mistake to answer and heard a recording which says my ss# in involved in fraud....I just let phone ring....they got my landline....SCAMMERS...

I have received several of these messages... being threatened to be summoned at my work or home...

They called my work saying their are two charges against me, for fraud.  They were going to serve me at work or home. As you listen to the message there are two different voices. They even give you a claim number telling you to call that 539-664-7349 number. They try this ever year.

They called me at my work and threatened to take me to jail for fraud. They said I would be served papers at work. They are a debt collector. They cannot go around making threats on people. I reported them today.

Just got a call with automated message stating will serve me papers, called back and could not find my number nor name in system, man said will remove my number from the automated system.  That's all it is redialing numbers every so often.

I'm getting the same call with the same # as everyone is. It's a scam!! I called back the 1st day they called and as soon as they picked up they placed me on hold, I stood on hold for at least 2min before I hung up. If you're trying to scam someone, stupid! at least speak to them and then place them on hold...IDIOT!  This is not the 1st time I have gotten a call stating there is a case against me. There was a lady saying she was from Bank of America  and that I owe them money for a credit card. I have never had a credit card with BOA, so I was pissed off to find out I had a CC under my name and didn't use it..smh..so I called the credit department at BOA directly, gave them my SS# and they confirmed that I don't owe them anything. My advice to all that is receiving calls trying to get money, ask them questions, and see if they give you the companies name where the case is coming from and call them directly, just to make sure you really don't have a case with them. It's a shame that there are people out there that create companies to scam people out of their hard earned money...GET A LIFE!!

I'm so tired of these bull scrapping a** calls.  There has to be a way to sue these people.
They left a disturbing recording, also saying that they have a case against me ,fraud associated with my social security number. They threaten to serve me at my job and I needed to call to stop the paperwork from being filed. They are a debt collector.

They are NOT Debt Collectors...they are a "SCAM"

Just got a call from these scammers!!! They said I got a Capital One card in 2006. Never!!! I knew it was a scam when I asked for the info and they couldn't give me it. Then when I started asking questions he said he was over his 10 min limit! I will be reporting them!!

they have been calling my phone from 2 different #s for 4 days a few times a day and both #s keep telling me to call the same #. but what i do is just hit the call back and 2 times i got someone on the line the first time they tell me the number i'm calling from that they are legal dept. and i have 2 warrants for my arrest and i told them no i don't and this is a brand new phone with new number less then 2 days old. and then they asked for my address phone# (wtf they already have that) and my ss# i told them there ain't no way they are getting my personal info that they are a scam based out Texas and a few other place and go muck your self hang up. and the second time i had a loud screeching sound lined up for them as soon as they started talking i played it as loud as the speakers would go and they hung up. and the last time i called the # they gave knowing it to be a total scam but to see what would happen apparently they think I'm a man named Donald Brisdenbat and now it changed to a lawsuit against me. well i can tell you I'm 100% woman i got 1 [***] 2 big boobs and 3 kids i gave birth to to prove that. .........................PEOPLE DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR REAL NAME BECAUSE THEY WILL CALL YOU THE NEXT TIME AND PULL THE SCAM USING YOUR NAME THAT YOU GAVE THEM

These "people" have called my number repeatedly trying to get to my girlfriend. I've now threatened them with a filing with the Oregon state attorney General. I'm going to have her do the same. Let's see if they are that stupid.
