This phone number has been calling my cell for over three months. Iam debt free and have excellent credit. I do not call them back because if they have caller id then they get your name and it is more info for the scammers. I called my sheriffs dept. and they said there was no summons listed for me. I really do not know how law enforcement has let this go as long as they are. I noticed there are different states involved. I have a trac phone ,but you other folks could block the number. If you do not they will continue to harass you,until they get arrested. So, do not wait for law enforcement to do anything just block them out.

This place calls a few times a day threatening to send court summons to my work for an "LCM Gabby" in three random, computer generated voices. These people are scammers just looking for people to call them back and give them your real information for identity theft. If you get tired of them (who wouldn't?), block the number (most smart phones have the ability to do so now) and get a service like YouMail to replace your regular voice mail. It is free, pretty easy to set up and then you can set it to ditch-mail the phone number and not let them leave a message. You can even set it to greet them with a "disconnected phone number" message. Triple protection!

I continue to receive calls regarding a PAID OFF account I had with a creditor over a year ago. I double and triple checked my credit and these calls are a scam. I called the # back and they did not announce the company name....thank you to the person that obtained it in a prior review. I was threatened with a lawsuit and was demanded for my credit card info or else. I too am reporting this to CFPB. I work for a law office and I know the rules on how these calls should legally take place if they were legit and they violate every rule out there!

So I get a call from 539-664-7349.  I know it's a scam but I am curious.  I call back they ask me to confirm the last 4 of my social.  I said before I give you info - please answer a few questions for me.  I asked the the name of the company - they said GMA Assoc. (Note:  do an internet search - no such company).  I then asked for the physical address - I was told Ma'am I cannot give that to you.  I said what?  that is public information.  He still refulsed.  So I said - so you are asking me to confirm information but you are refusing to advise me of your information.  He said that is correct.  I said - don't call me back - serve the damn papers - I'll see you in court!

These people are calling me saying I have fraud charges on me but when I call it back it just rings from everything I read this is a scam

maybe a class action lawsuit would stop these idiots does anyone know who they are ?

I am getting the same crap. Calls for an old credit card debt from TEN YEARS AGO!! Can't they buy a clue?? i talked to this one woman who was a total BIT*CH.....and yes, she made court threats, etc. I told her I don't even live at the same address listed on the complaint, .....I moved long ago....and that my LAWYER DAUGHTER told me that the debt was too old to collect anyway. She did not care and kept making threats anyway. Good luck to them....because I am not giving them a dime!! .I am considering calling back their voice mail and harassing them the same way they did to me!! I will report them to that number. Got a message call from this number stating they are going to process 2 claims against me for fraudulent activity with my name and social security number and that I will lose my rights to rebut the claim unless I call before I am served with paperwork.  They tell you to submit your claim number on return call and they will direct you to the attorney assigned to your case.  Is this legitimate?  Do I need to worry?

Absolutely not. Notice on this site we are on everybody has two counts of fraud listed against them. They have been calling me for 3 months.

These A- holes keep calling me asking for  Donald W. Billings, who ever this guy is, and I told them that no one lives here by that name but they keep on calling anyway. They say that they have papers they are going to serve, and that I will be served a summons unless I reply. I got news for these jerks I wont be calling anyone but the FCC to report these jerks. The number they use is 739-664-7349 Tulsa OK.

They said I would be served within 14 days for 2 counts of fraud. Called them back and it is for a Debt I have been paying with an agency for 3 years. They also told me once I was served, I would lose my rights.

They said they did not know who the collection agency was before it arrived on their desk, they said they just got, Funny they called my other cell phone 6 months ago and said the same thing. This is criminal.

This number called me 10 min ago and the threats were unbelieveable and the charges they said were felony charges against me I have NEVER DONE ANYTHING to constitute such a charge i havent even had a speeding ticket for 30 years

Got a call from these A$$ holes ...they  are committing fraud themselves. Its aggressive debt collection, I think. They will be out with the trash by next week. I suggest not responding to them except through a public complaint

So these f**kers keep calling me saying my name and SSN has been linked to fraud and they are going to serve and summons me... Saying i am going to jail... this is apparently not illegal because they don't identify themselves as police officers or anything.... this is bull!

So long as you do NOT pay them anything, they don't have a prayer.  There IS a statute of limitations on old debt.  These bilious [***] have been harassing me for over 10 years. I've even gone so far as to contact my state AG.  It stops for awhile then resumes. I have told them and told them and told them to stop calling me.  But they continue---even after 10 years.  A number of laws have been broken here. 1) I have NO past due debts, not ONE, 2) I have no connection to the person they keep calling for. 3) Any such person, if any, resided here over 22 years ago. 4) I have copies of letters I have sent demanding that they stop harassing me. 5)  They threaten to serve papers "either at your residence or place of employment", and end with "you have been officially notified".  

Due the fact that I have notified them both by phone and letter to stop calling me, that no such person lives here, due the fact that they continue to call and threaten to have papers served against me in which I have no involvement, this constitutes harassment and illegal collection activity which is enforceable under both state and federal statutes.  Therefore, I have initiated legal action thru the Federal Trade Commission, complete with a case number and am currently compiling all correspondence and voice contacts with these people with a complaint of fraud, consumer harassment, & illegal tactics.
It is my understanding that the FTC, once finding these people guilty of illegal collection activity, will FINE these people and send a portion of said fine to the aggrieved consumer. (I have asked for $1000 for every year they have contacted X 15 which accounts for every year they have contacted me, citing emotional distress (wink) and the laws that apply.  I hope to break these [***] from sucking eggs!!!!!!!!
