I received a call on 2009-02-19 in the afternoon, I didn't recognize it and let it ring through. Ended up with a hang-up on my voice mail. I can put up with telemarketers, but leave a message so that I know what you want!

It is a phishing scam being conducted bye an internet based company, that will appear on your statement as a white water rafting company. They have an automated machine that dials random cell phone numbers which were hacked from cell phone companies about 4 months ago, ignore the call and do not respond with any information, they will then try to call back on another number saying "they are your bank, or loan office" and they need your loan number and last four of your SS# or they will need your full SS#, it is a scam again that has been going on for about 2 and a half months

As someone stated above, my phone didn't ring, but I got a "missed call" message for the number - 541-844-2097.  Annoying.  I wonder how they got my AT&T CELL number!!

same thing didnt answer the number, my two of my other friends got the call as well. and they both have iphones. wonder if that has something to do with it. crazy....

The number came up on my iPhone as +54 1844 2097 . I didn't answer because +54 indicates an international country code which I did not recognize. Turns out +54 is Argentina where I don't have any real friends there anyway.

I get calls at my law firm at least 5 times every day from this number, it is a spanish woman and I don't know what the hell she is saying but I am going to lose my marbles if I hear "Felicidados" one more F%$*& time!

Called at 2:13 PM Central Time, recorded spanish-speaking woman answered.  Scam of some sort, no doubt.  I'm on Alltel service with a Razr...

Received 2/19/09 I recognize it, so I didn't pick it up. They left no message.  The called ID says  "no name"  which is wierd because it normally says "unknown caller"  if it can't ID them.

Also same call content from 360-653-7058, everything in Spanish.

Same deal, spanish speaker.. I'm on t-mobile, but the number was ported from Sprint.
