They keep threatening to come arrest me.  The dumbass told me to "pack a bag" and be ready.  I said, "Oh, they let you take personal belonging to prison now?"  Then he hung up on me.  Whenever they call I just rooster really loud in the phone, they keep calling back til they get sick up hearing the rooster, I guess.  Sorry, people w/heavy, thick accents do not have names like "Sam Brown" and "Mike Smith".  Legitimate businesses do not leave your SS# on your voice mail.  It is against the law.  If they want to pull a scam...#1 they should know there is no debtors prison in the USA, and #2 Converse w/an actual lawyer so they know the laws, and #3 realize foul language and hanging up on people is not professional behavior.

Indian scam caller been calling my cell all morning! 2 @4am, 6am, 3 @8am - leaving messages claiming to be some legal department demanding someone I don't know call them back asap or they're 'going to beat my children' (another one said they'd kill our dog)...

I've been getting these as well. The man is Sam brown,mike smith and the latest is Kevin white. They call multiple times a day etc. My question is how do they get our social #? I block the numbers but than they call from a different number. I was saving the messages and comparing voices. Always were the same, just a different made up name.

A man with an Indian accent, says he is Chester?? Green calling from Law Office PCS. Reminding me of the case which is on my name and social security. Before I am legally prosecuted in the court house make sure to call him back @ 347-286-7172.  If I don't call back he will proceed further by sending me a legal notice and a law suit. "Now before this happens and my legal rights have been violated make sure to return this call. Thank you and have a nice day!"

He advises me to call before my legal rights have been violated?  His calling me is already violating my legal rights (against harassment by a scammer!). He threatens me and then ends his call thanking me and tell ing me to have a nice day? How ironic?

I think this was the same guy that called me way back askiing me to send him $500 to a company I never did any business with. When I told him to send me a legal notice identifying the debt he got angry and said the police where coming to my house in 1/2 hour.  Nobody every showed up.

Concerned however that these scammers have my name, phone numbers and address.  Advice on what to do, anyone??

The caller was not American and he was very rude. He called 6 or 7 times back to back and when I finally answered he demanded to talk to my husband and I told him he'd never get him at that number.

If u ever get these calls tell them u are going to report then to homeland security.... Calls will stop immediately

Got calls at 7 am this morning on Memorial Day from some Muslim/Indian guy asking for someone else... Told him they have wrong number and hanged up. Same number's been calling me non stop leaving messages asking me for my private info, including social security number! Such an obvious scam by terrorist!

I just received a call from this same number stating his name is Nick Sherman, attorney with a legal matter regarding my social security. Not social security number.  He said if I didn't call back in a few minutes, he would basically destroy me by calling employers and co-workers, called me a cheat, a liar and a bunch of other things. He told me to call 3472867156.  The guy blew up my phone about 20 times and had the nerve to threaten me.  I too tried calling the 543 number and the message said my call could not be received at this time.  Have you listened to the warehouse background sound?  It is so loud.  How can this be a professional.  And right before he left me the 347 number he took a minute almost as if he had to find the number.  I called the 347number and it just goes dead.  No one answered.

SCAM they call my company ALMOST EVERYDAY. Don't give them any information.

This number calls my work asking for someone that DOES NOT work here! He won't take no for an answer and on the 3rd time, told me to go and **** myself!

This foreign man has called 4 times in a row, stating he's from the State Commission or it's an emergency for another employee. He has given 543-465-4768 and a 343 area code. It is the same person giving different names each time.

A foreign gentlemen keeps calling me from this number, also 646-863-8625.  He is harrassing me at work and at home.  Says I am in trouble and so on.  Everytime he calls he is with a different company.  He even went as low as to say he is with the Federal State Commission.  He needs to be stopped.  He uses different names also.  I can't even understand what he says my name is.

That same number keeps calling me 543-465-4768 and leaves me messages telling me that there is a lawsuit being filed against me and blah blah blah. This guy has an indian accent or some sort and says the same thing over and over again. Seems scripted.

They called my home and called everyone in my house a b**** and a mother f*****.  Then turned around and called my job at the same time.  His foreign a** said his name was Shawn Parker.  Yeah, right!!!

Its a scam to get info to clean out your bank. Do not give them or him no info.
