These people have called 6 times today already.  They do not leave a message, and I don't answer.  So SICK of these kind of calls!!!!

I had the same exact experience as you did except they keep saying that they are looking fro Brandon Sneider.  never heard of the guy. The callers have very thick East Indian accents.

I got a call from this same number months ago. They quit calling for awhe they called again yesterday. I listened to his speal about owing a finance company for a loan I took out. I habe not taken a loan out in years and they were all paid in full. I hung up on him. He called back todayseveral times and it irritated me.  So I decided to have fun with it. He did his whole speach again. I paused for a second anf in an excited voice replied " OMG HOW IS ABU" He kept going about I needed to talj to his supervisor. So again in a cheery amused voice I said "So when you are coming out with a new movie are you and genie still friends how Jasmine" he went to speak again and I cut him off with. "I wilk only pay if I get to borrow the magic carpet for a night" again he went to speak I tried to cut him off again but he kept talking so I just talked over him. "Tell me Aladin does the saltin know you are using his phone right now these are long distance calls" then the jerk hung up on me. Its been 3 hours now. Still no call back. I hope he calls again.

Tell them that all calls must go through your attorney and ask if they would like the number, beware of Scavenger Debt Collectors...

These people called me 5 or 6 times.....the first few times they called, I answered and no one responded.  The last time, some guy with an Indian or Middle Eastern accent answered and told me I had applied for a loan.  He refused to tell me what agency he was representing.  After 5 minutes of arguing with him that I A.) Was, indeed, "Josh", B.) Never applied for a loan, and C.) Wanted the calls to stop, he hung up on me abruptly.

Got a call from an unknown male with a thick accent.  Once I realize the person was not calling specifically for me, I hung up on him.  I was curious about the area code so I looked it up only to find that it does not exist.

they started calling me from this number 543-465-4768 4 days ago. and when you call back is a not working number. and sometimes it would be a unknown call.  at  first the guy just asked me if i was looking for a loan. i just said no, and i hang up on this guy with an assian / chinnese accent .  and since yesterday this guy keeps on calling me , but i just don't answer. today i answer by accident and he told me that he was calling from CASH ADVANCE AMERICA, and telling me that i have been approved to get a loan from then , i just told them that i got a loan already and he just hanged up. after that i googled this number and thanks to you guys i know now that i just wont answer this number and if i do get to answer they are gonna get a piece of me.

this started happening actually , as soon as i was getting a car loan. does anybody share the same experience ? it is not a coincidence if so.

Call me several times,  I dont usually answer if I dont know the number, however, this heavily middle Eastern accented guy called me at 6am! I nearly had a heart attack thinking it was someone in trouble callin so early. All I caught was the words 'took out a personal loan'
This guy is getting info from one of those type in ur info and grt this free w/e I typed it in, yhen they wanted 10 bucks for shipping, screw that, I exited out of that browser. Further investigation revealed that site gavr my computer a Trojan Horse(essentially a virus). I recomend y'all get your computers checked out. Also, your smartphones if you have one. Remember smartphones are like mini computers, they can get viruses too.

You might have gotten a virus. There are some that will record your key strokes, that's how they're getting info. Also,  when they have the wrong name is because they will get your computers physical address(really simple for beginning hackers) and then go on sites like spokeo . Com and pay for the services and call the number as listed.

wanted money, very rude and cursing a lot, said that I took a loan, which I did not, and threatened me with jail. They said they represented the United States Government, Fraud Department. If you get  call from these people, do not be cooperative and do as I do and record it for future use!

Also, I have found an air horn perfect for stopping these guys. It's hard to talk when you can't hear!!!

Has called me three times today. First time the number came up as 543-465-4768. I didnt know it so I hit for it to go to voice mail. Another phone call came about 2 hours later, it came up "private caller". I hit for it to go to voice mail. Both times they never left a voice mail. About 4 hours after the second call, it rang again. It came up as "unknown". I answered thinking that it may be a person that I no longer speak to.. When I answered a heavily accented indian (maybe?) man asked for someone. That someone was not me. I hung up immediately. Dont answer these calls. Some type of scam!

Called me several times a day from "unknown" even at 545 in the morning! I refuse to answers it's obviously a scam. So annoying!!

Called at 6am and asked for my daughter.  Then hung up when I asked why he was calling.

This number and several other numbers with the same guy calling with heavy indian accent. Keeps calling and threating me with court and that i am going togo to jail but will not say what for. He uses several different names. The most popular one is sam brown.

I received several calls from this number and others, beginning at 6 a.m. When I asked the person why they were harassing me they said, in a heavy accent, "you're going to rot in hell." really???     I hung up.
