This number called me today: Indian guy with a strong accent. Said he was from Windows Technical Supporr and he had got a notification that there was something wrong with my computer. I told him to identify his company and I asked him to provide me with an account number. He did not have an answer. I told him I don't use windows then he said well what operating system do you use? I said "not windows" then he said "what do you use, a mac". I confused him further on purpose and he gave up and hung up suddenly.

someone called me he said his name was Kevin that my computers ipaddress is being used it sounded like Indian decent.

+1 547-854-4512 this number called me today saying they are computer technicall support. And and where asking questions about my different computers and how it made contact with them.  Idk not know the name of them but they sounded Indian. After telling them they had the wrong number several occasions they finally hung up.  Plz beware is a scam.

I received a call from 547-854-4512 at 9:30 AM PST.  The caller was in a large call center judging from the background noise.  He had a heavy Indian accent, and his English grammar was poor as well.  He told me he was from "The Computer Services" and tried to talk me into granting him remote access to my computer so that he could "detect all the viruses that we know are on your machine."  He also told me that "People are constantly trying to hack your system."

Continued - Analysis;  547 is not a valid exchange number anywhere in the world.  The background noise may indicate a large criminal concern, possibly in India or Pakistan, that seeks to gain access to computers by impersonating a computer services call.

Got same call and no one was there . Tried to call back and got busy signal

Just got one of these scam calls, no one on the line when we picked up, we immediately hang up when this happens. Apparently the "Windows" scammers are back in business.  Crooks!

Called spoke with a Hispanic accent and tried to tell me my computer was once Ted. When i told  her she had called the Police Dept. she hung up on me.

The caller spoke with a Hispanic accent and tried to convince me that my computer was infected with a virus. I Informed her she had called the Police Dept.and she hung up on me.

Same thing, someone with an Indian accent telling me that my computer registry was with them.  Very rude.  Kept saying "listen to me!".

Same old crap, some indian accented male telling me he is from microsoft and needs access to my PC. I use a Mac.
