Got a call this morning at 7:03 am. No message on voice mail and it did not actually even ring in. Strange.

I also recived this call, was a woman,she ask for my name ,and I said yes is me,and I said my name. The lady sound professional. When I answered and said that ,the call disappeared. I don't want to think they want to take your information.

BE  VERY  CAREFUL  when you call the number 555-555-5555 and other similar phones. You do not know but these phones are used by  INVESTIGATORS  AND  AGENCIES,  PUBLIC  AND  GOVERNMENT  for information.

When this people ask about X person, never say, or left, or is sleeping; there already gave information that X person living there.-

Never that the call numbers of telephones and rare (or that you do not know that phone number), never give information to any person, or if the person live or not live there;  they simply do not take the call or close the phone.-

Dont worry. It is most likely one of your friends. There are many websites where people can prank call people. Just search "fake caller id" or "prank phone call" and you will find many of them.

Received a call from 5555555555 this afternoon. Man with a middle-eastern accent ( I think ) called me by name & suggested I invest my money in some sort of mortgage business. Told him I had no interest in investing. I have enough to keep me for whatever time I have left. I am 81 & not in the best of  health. Cannot figure how he knew that I had sold my house & he had a rough idea of how much I got for it. Used to get odd calls from 000 000 0000 but they stopped about 6 months ago.

I am getting loads, and I mean loads of emails from a website called Humanic Web at the moment, I am in the uk and all the emails that come through say in the details  for eg,  from Tesco and Humanic Web. At the bottom of the emails all of them are located from Kissimmee in Florida. I suspect that a woman from Kissimmee in Florida, who contacted my husband on facebook, who we had to report to the police for harassment has submitted our email address to this company out of spite. We have to sift through 40+ emails everyday to pick up any legit ones. I looked this company up on google and their phone number is 555 555 5555. Very annoying!

Every morning we've been getting calls from this 555-555-5555 number.  It starts at about 4:30 and continues until just after 5:00 a.m..  I believe it may be a faX machine, just  a loud beep when you answer the phone.  Very annoying!  I registered with the do not call list.  Any ideas on how to stop it?

Just received call from 555-555-5555. Computer voice, stating calling Nebspin or Netspin, to tell me my debit card has been suspended and to reactivate please press 1 ... I hung up....obvious scam. Also, received a call late last night from 000-000-0000. Did not answer. Timing...did recieve my State Income Tax Return yesterday....you think these jerks have that access?
