555-555-5555

Have gotten two calls from 555-555-5555....when I answered, they hung up.....hard to identify anyone if they just hang up when you answer....too anoyed for words.

I actually received a phone call from this number on March 7th.  The man barely spoke English and he was very hard to hear because of all the background noise.  After asking him to repeat what he just said, he asked for my husband and then he became unintelligible again.  I told him he wasn't here and he hung up.   I'm thinking it "might" have been Chase Bank because we've been getting a lot of telemarketing phone calls from them (the most recent being 800-383-0583).

The following company masks their number with 555-555-5555... They handle some medical collections, etc - they are basically scum of the earth.

This number called about 10:21 am and had some odd prerecorded message. It was voiced by what I guess was Hannah Montana or whatever her name is.

I hung up after a few seconds since I did not hear of any "options" to get out of the call and did not care for whatever the message was actually about.

I received 2 calls from this number. I picked up and it was just dead silence. The third call I didn't answer, I received a voicemail from this number, it said "Hey Kenny, I'll see you this weekend buddy." It sounded like this guy I knew from church before he went back to smoking pot.

Luckily, I never ran into whoever it was.

My b/f received a call from 555-555-5555 earlier today.  He was on the other line w/ someone so he didn't answer.  I was just curious who in the heck this person or company was.

caller ID: TEST 555-555-5555 so spanish lady who had my business checking account number from Bank of America and a lot of other information.  I am closing my bank account in case is fraud.  She could not give me the name of her business and kept giving the run around. I am in Orlando, Florida

Spoofed Numbers: Caution, 555-555-5555 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint

I just received a call from 555-555-5555 they said if this is Jonny then press one. I did and they never came on the line. What does this number belong to.

I have received as many as 5 of these calls per day for the past three days shows up on ID as test 5555555555 They ask for my son I just hang up I called the phone company they said they could not do anything. They even leave the number on the answering machine.  Who are these people?

I received 3 calls from 5555555555 this morning. each time i didn't answer but they kept calling back. I live in Australia

I have now received about 6 calls from 555 555 5555 in one day. I answered the first one and was told (by a Stephen Hawkingesque voice recording) to "press any key to continue" so I chose the 'end call' button.

It was weird because it knew my full name.

I received a voicemail from this number, it said "get him out in 15 minutes" but it sounded like it came from a TV in the background.

i have been getting these calls for about two months now and have tracked it down to the good old ( Commonwealth Bank )
yet telstra cant work it out

I guess its a spoofed number or number that's used to mask who's really calling & different telemarketers & debt collectors etc use it. They leave messages in Spanish & I'm not a Spanish speaking person.  They speak as if they know me on the voicemail. I never answer the calls. They call 10 times a day sometimes. Very annoying.

Have got calls from this number many times these days.

The voice sounds like from a automated recorder.  It says "Hi, we have an emergency call for (pause) Rachel XXX.  If you are (pause) Rachel XXX, press 1."  It repeats twice, I didn't response, then t hang up.
