562-289-8136 called me twice...

called back and got msg: "thank you, you have been removed from our prefered customer calling list. good bye."

now, if you press 1 they will send you to an opperator or a mailbox board, and eventually i was able to get a real person to talk to me and they wanted to seel me a credit card... if you want to F#CK with these people (as i do) try entering extension 101 code 123456. that somehow got me to an opperator.

daily afternoon phone calls...leaves no message...

They've called me 4 times in the past 5 days on my work cell phone.  Three of the calls were at the same time, just on different days.  I think the next time they call, I'll just shout it, "IT'S 3:10PM"!

They called twice before but this time I answered the call to ask how they got my number and they just hung up on me!

they have been calling cell phone, home phone at all hours of night, AND they mailed me postcards saying my extended warranty was going to expire.  My car is so old there IS no warranty that would cover it, so knew right away it was a scam.

this number called my childs phone twice but didn't leave a message. I called it back and the message said "you've been removed from the preferred calling list" we'll see if they call again.

this number called me many times in the past couple of days. Vehicle warranty stuff. It sounds like a scam! I'm trying to figure out how to block this number from calling me again!

Please STOP calling you are running up my childs emergency minutes.

Received several calls on my cell phone from the 562-289-8136 number and one call from the 281-520-3761 number at all hours of the day and night. Didn't answer any of them and no voice mail was left on my phone.

I've been getting the same call but automated.  So here's one way to avoid the calls while your awake anyhow.
Save the number to new account and name it Don't Answer. If your phone book allows multiple numbers to the same contact you can add all your people that would normally waste your minutes

I got three calls from this number today, and never answered. Anyone know who it's coming from?

I have been stalked from this number for over a week, all days, all times of the day. I finally called it to see who was calling me, and got an automated message that said I was being removed from the preferred customer calling list. Hopefully, the calls will stop.

I've received a call from this number 3 times in the past 3 days, never answered  b/c didn't recognize number and they left no voicemail.  The 562 area code is in Long Beach, CA.

I have been getting calls for the past 5 days from this number. no VM. Definite scam!

I've gotten several calls from this number on my work cell phone.  I called the number back to tell them to stop called me and you get a recording that says you've been removed from the preferred call list.  Hopefully it'll work!

They've called 3 times (so far) just today, on both my land line AND cell.  And today isn't the first day.  Only a few folks have my #'s, so...if you come thru as unknown, no data, or I don't recognize your number...you can leave me a message--which these folks have so far chosen NOT to do.  The reverse directories all say they have the info...for a price.  It's past annoying.  It must be or we all wouldn't have ended up here.

These people have called me about 10 times now. I called them back once and they said that they took me off there preffered callers list.

just got another of several calls, most duirng the day when my phone is off and therefore didn't record incoming number. Just now they called and I let it go to voice mail because I didn't know the number, and when I heard the same message about warranty expiration I called the number and got a recorded message saying simply, "Thank you. You have been removed from out preferred customer calling list." Hope this means this won't call, but not holding my breath.

Received about 5 of these calls on my company cell phone.  selected 1 to speak with a rep.  When they answered they immediately asked for year, make and model.  I said no, but I would like my cell number removed.  Immediately said, uh, thats not going to happen and then hung up on me.  I called the number back and it says that I have been removed from their preferred customer list.
