- winsipI just received a call from this organization "The Institute of Voter Attitudes", who were conducting a survey. When asked the caller could not identify where their funding came from. I looked them up on the Internet and apparently they are associated with "The Free Enterprise Institute". A review of their board member list caused me to arrive at the conclusion that this is a Republican organization, Ted Cruz is a board member.

- Mary...they didn't call me... That is, they did, but I never answer calls like this because I check at 800notes.com first. But now, something new: They sent me a lengthy survey through the US Mail, today! When I researched the supposed name of the group on the letterhead, it led me to a Ron Paul website. He's a right-wing alarmist loser. What makes them think that I would, first of all, tell strangers my personal thoughts, and secondly, that I would give intimate information to strangers so that they can then make a profit from it, without paying me anything in return? Idiots. Not only that, but upon carefully reviewing the survey, I can see they are subtly leading the reader down a path that directs us to their point of view with forced-answer multiple choice questions. It is signed "Dr. Steven Hammer," but doesn't say what kind of degree he has, and there is no proof that this is a real name anyway. Real PhD's don't sign their names that way. The questions are incredibly detailed and intimate, about our political opinions as well as personal statistics which would leave us vulnerable to criminals. Who knows what other entities they will share your information with? Basically, they think the people they send this to are stupid enough to participate... That is what they are inferring, in essence. Even when they ask, things like age, education, income... They only leave two choices for gender, by the way, male or female. Not very PC, but again, Ron Paul is very right-wing ultra-conservative. They have - limited number of choices to pigeonhole you for occupation and educational level, too, they want to know if you belong to a union, and the questionnaire assumes we all have kids, when last year for the first time, more adults were child-free.

- NM Voter replies to ear-itated| 2 repliesI just received their poll questionnaire which had state and, federal questions about abortion, who I voted for in the last presidential race, if our current president was doing a good job or not, also had questions about labor unions. Lastly information about my political affiliation. They sent mailing stickers and a return paid postage envelope. Looked them up and they appear to be legit but then again they say their funding comes from the likes of Carnegie, Ford, Ben & Jerry's and other big $ foundations. I'll take the stickers.
- Alan| 1 replyJust got a call from these scumbags at the push poll today. Thought itbwas a legit pollster until I heard the way they worded their questions. When I gave them answers they didn't want to hear, the guy hung up the phone on me after about a minute. Obviously a right wing nutball organization looking to influence you to vote for their right wing nutball candidates. Welcome to Trumpland, where your telephone is used to badger you.

- mc replies to Alanremember most of this is done by opposisition of Trump.he wants free birthcontrol pills for those who cant afford them.less children on the social net.it was the so-called religious right backed by the catholic church that made birth-control pills get removed allready from then no-pay list.when Trump was cornered by the reporters on his abortion views the reporter immediately wanted to know his church affiliation.Trump never answered. Most catholic presidents have been assinated.4-5 attempts were made on JFKalone,,perhaps that sneaky reporter trying to get him offed. Now Trump has a Reagon era advisor..remember that Trump is not a skilled lying politician but a businessman.the most successful bussinessman to ever seek the presidentcy.USA should be proud he is not some freeloader looking to profit on taking graft, bribes etc while in orfice. He doesnt need to sell-out as he is allready wealthy.so,,have a great time watching this robocall nonsense go wild.Clintons have allready spent 40x more than Trump on TV syndicated attack adds.Of course CNN,CNBC FOX andCBS are going to lean towards Clinton,,She id paying them millions for advertisements .And more for IT robocalls and BSsurveys like this one. ez
- 5713087951lol Since most ISP/phone/digital cable TV companies assign you VOiP numbers? Do Not Call registering is rendered helpless. It's not their fault -- blame your cheap-o phone company ripping you off by NOT providing you with a secure line. Even if they say you can block an allotted number of callers? You cannot block: toll free numbers, other VOiP numbers--which are about 75% of auto/robot dialed calls 24/7 from all over the world, calls with free offers like "Hi caller! If ylou or member of your house are over over 50, press 3", 900 call calls, private numbers--land line & mobile, international calls, "benevolent societies (police. orphans, salvation army, religious groups, et al and non profit corporations calls.
85% of the calls are phishing to get your number because you can find an email address with a phone number. VOiP number have a minimum of 25 other callers with same number Every person with your (and their) number will get emails from credit cards, dept stores where they have account now and in past, insurance , sex clubs, mortgage, $50 off amazon.com,
Use your brain and be creative with the information you have --thwir number and possibly a name. Block you number and call them back as ask why they called you. Some will get irrate and hang up, that post a number with say they are trying to find so and so.Then you have 1 person on your VOiP number. Next time you enter your phone account online and PLEASE never use apps or pay online or EVER STORE anything on the phone or on your browser or with a company. Your keystrokes are sent to your browser, device manufacturer, firmware, wireless carrier, OS system, DNS, saved under \appdata\loccal on a User profile, Google, and a gazillion places you gave not even considered. When you out in the other person's zip code - that's why account's ask for it because there are only four (4) IP address for all of North America--yes just 4.. They cannot locate you; hence your "what is my ip address" query will be the same as someone 350 miles from your transmission location.
Institute for Voters Attitudes is a redirect for www.snapF*ck.com. Look it up. I got a VERY graphic young lady entertaining herself , asking for help while searchin for how to root my phone. lol.
That's what I have ;eatned on the past 6 weeks. Keep using DO NOT CALL. some idiots that call say the number isnt in service. Scream "HOW THE HECK DID YOU CALL, BOZO? you will hear a disconnect. Have fun with it. You can't sleep with unlocked doors anymore. Be prudent and take control. Fead the forum pages. And don't let apps do things for you. They are stealing your data.
