- whiteturboJust changed sim to ID(carphone warehouse) and got a £4.50 extra charge under international calls.Queried it and eventually was given the info that it wasn't international it was a SMS, i never use texts i only receive them from couriers etc.apparently they got in by me trying to get some vouchers online(i didn't even get the vouchers)waste of time trying to get your money back from phone provider, ombudsman is waste of time too as they know about this scam for years and have done nothing. So i have blacklisted that number on my android phone. As i understand it no calls from a blacklisted number will be accepted so i can't be charged. But it cant be right that someone can charge you without your knowledge just by sending you a SMS which you didn't even open. I will be contacting my MP and asking them to sort it out,I wont be holding my breath though as just like in the payday loans swindle they are probably shareholders in the company.

http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/for-consumers/making-an-enquiry/submit-an-online-enquiry - Darren| 2 repliesI have just spotted this SMS message charging me £4.50 a time, contacted Vodafone whom said that I have to opt out or unsubscribe to this SMS message and not just delete it. As far as I am concerned Vodafone should have contacted me to say this was happening and not just let it keep happening. Vodafone state that they do not make any money out of this, which I do not believe!

- stevieboy62My wife has been scammed by this number as well. Looking at the above posts it would appear that there is little chance of recouping the lost money but for those of you who are more tenacious than we are in following these things up, try visiting Companies House Beta website and typing in SB7 Mobile Limited. This will bring up the Company's details including the Directors. The directors are Jonathan Brown and John Sammon. The address details which are probably company addresses ( They have more than one) are in Ampthill, Newport Pagnell and Wilstead ( Bedfordshire). By the way they set up another Company in June 2016 so beware !
