how can be charged ,i was so comfuse.
as my opinion is the o2 problem,
my another phone is 3G ,thay can close this service. i ccall o2 cus service to close this things.but o2 dont want to close the service, it means maybe o2 get something from the 60133 companys.

got my phone bill with a charge of £4-50 after contacting virgin they tell me its this number i have not sighed up to this company

you can not get hold of the company doing this namely sight-mobile ,, i took the backway in and phoned their service provider. The company is called Oxygen8 , i spoke to the guy who told me they had charged me £9. After i told him i didn't sign up for anything and it was not made aware on the free app that you would be charged he agreed to send me a cheque for the money.

They were more than helpful they also gave me the number for sightmobile but did say they were having problems with their phones...

If you are on pay as you go they can refund your phone right away ,, contract phones have to be via paypal or via cheque.

LOL i have to pay £7.93 excluding vat to 02 .02 told me like everyone else to send STOP text to 60133 ,which i did .got a relpy from 60133 you have unsubscribed from info mobi now ect.i told 02 to ban this 60133 number scam .
i have had no problems  with my bill before . i did not think that i can get bill like this .This makes me very mad lol .
notifications on my phone keep coming up with adverts important battery update.i think now this is a virus ..........trojan horse scam

Same here - receive £4.50 charges every 2 weeks, total scam. Have texted STOP and reported them to www.phonepayplus.org.uk

Ive had same thing happen to me so ice reported them to payphone plus.
Guys/Girls u may find sending stop doesn't work. Here is a way to stop for good. Factory reset your phone u then must format ya memory card see when you clicked or installed the app it had somehow taken control of your phone so u will need to factory reset and format. You should also contact your suppler as they can stop premium messages leaving your phone it did for me. I today found my phone trying to send fp to 60133 but luckily my phone hadn't sent it i believe it stayed saying sending due to calling my suppler.  GUYS/GIRLS IF YOU HAVE HAD SAME THING HAPPEN CALL AND SEND STOP TO 60133 THEN CALL 0800 098 8515 DO DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK. WHEN U HAVE IT BACK FACTORY RESET YOUR PHONE AND FORMAT YOUR MEMORY CARD YES YOU WILL LOOSE ALL DATE BUT ISNT IT BETTER THAN LOOSING YOUR MONEY.

I have been charged two texts from this no 60133 - sight mobile ltd, £3.50 each, complete scam

this also happened to me but i dont know how, I never subscribed. I called Virgin Media and they said you should text them "STOP ON" and now u are unsubscribed. I really need to know how this happened cause I had never done anything

Been stung for £3.75 just like others, downloaded update for battery saver. sent stop!

Been charged two lots if £3.75 all because i turb o boasted my battery life.  dont know how to stop it. should i text stop or is that a further scam. any advice on what action to take

to stop it text STOP to 60133 AND THEN go to settings, privacy, factory reset.

you jnow that batterys don't need updates. if it needs an update it means that you need to get a different battery alltogether.

I think its got something to do with the weather forcast if ya phone updatse the weather every hour it will charge ya so every hur it updates ya get charged so over a month i think thats what the big bill will be.It took me ages to figure out what it was i might not be but i am more than certain thats what it will be ya will have to look at ya phone ya should be able to switch ya weather updates off depending on what phone ya have.

I am unknowingly being charged for calls from this number!
I was horrified to see my online bill today with a number of calls from this number that I had no knowledge of.
How do I stop this from happening?
