- ant replies to antim back 2 minutes later £36 back in my paypal account. these know what they are doing wrong they just hope people do nothing and they get to keep peoples cash.
- LizI too had this service on my phone, I was able to give there customer support a call, they were nice enough to cancel the service and to issue me a refund back. I cant really say there a scam if there answering the phones and offering full refunds. I had some other service on my phone bill and when I try to call them they never answer or return my voice mails. I have been trying to get a hold of that other company for over a month now.

- GavinI'm from UK and downloaded this battery charger app for my wife's phone.
She only just mentioned the texts from 60133 so I looked into it and took the advice from this forum. I got a full refund 11 x £4.50 just moments ago for charges dating back to May 2012. To confirm what I did:
1. Rang 08082346337
2. Selected Option 1 from the IVR options
3. Spoke to the bloke who answered and I said "Hi, I am getting charged for something I didn't sign up for. It's 11 charges of £4.50 for messages I'm receiving ..etc
4. I confirmed I wanted it stopped. I confirmed to him the UK mobile number receiving them. I then provided him the dates and times of each charge/message I received taken from my itemised Orange mobile bill (be prepared when you call them!)
5. He looked them up and confirmed them then said I could have cheque from the London office, or Paypal. I chose Paypal and provided my details.
6. He processed the refund.
Notes: It was not confrontational, I was polilte, but firm. He was polite and willing to assist. But call them prepared with the info as I got the impression he might not have volunteered all of the info of all the charges, had I not already known them!- Caller: 60133

- Sam from SuttonI phoned Virgin because my mobile bills had for months been about £10 more than expected.
They found that 'Info mobi now' were doing this because of a 'free!!' battery saver app.
Virgin put me onto their helpline in the USA (08082346337) where I complained forcefully and got them to agree to refund over £70 by cheque. They could not just re-imburse my Virgin account. I am looking forward to receiving the cheque but am not holding my breath.
An important piece of info from Virgin is not to reply 'stop' but
reply STOP ALL just like that in capitals! Good luck.- Caller: 60133 Info mobi now
