You get charged when the messages come through from them even if you don't open them.  Reply with the word STOP.  You will then get a message from them saying that you have unregistered and a helpline number strarting 0808.  I then rang this number form a landline (cheaper than 0808 numbers on mobiles and press option 1) after I trailed trhough my O2 bills with all the details of the charges for nearly a year incase they asked for deatils when I called them.  All I said politely was that I had sent a meassage STOP, could they confirm that they had received this and would they issue me with a full refund for the charges.  They just confirmed that I had stopped the messages and that they were generated by downloading a battery booster app and would issue me with a refund of £108 via Paypal or a cheque.  I choose Paypal and it was in my account within 10 minutes.  SUCCESS!!

I received a message from this number saying i would be charged £4.50 unless i reply STOP! I have checked my bill and have been charged twice on this 60133 number! No idea where or why?

I have today noticed this number has been charging me £4.50 twice a month for as far back as I can go on my mobile phone bills,
This is sick they need to be stopped ,
I now have took the advice left on this site and contacted my provider and arranged that no more premium messages be sent from my phone , but how do i get back from these people all they have scammed me for??

Has anyone got their money back regarding 61333 charges?  This is Sight Mobile Ltd (not a UK registered company) and I have no idea what I am supposed to have agreed to receive for this payment of £4.50 x 2 per month.
I tried to send stop to 61333 but did not appear to accept the call. HELP!

had the same problem. called Oxygen8 (who apparently are based in USA). they said it is not a scam. How many people on this forum who called the company and were told they will receive a refund by cheque have indeed received the money back?

I rarely check my bills. If I pay more than what my normal contract amount is I assume I have gone over my minutes/internet allowance or sent too many photo texts. I decided to check as my bill has been much higher than normal for quite some time now. It turns out this company have charged me £9 or £13.50 every month since May 2012. £171 in total!!! I can't believe it. I do not recall ever subscribing to them. Orange told me it was a third party company called Flight Mobile. The text is from 60133. I just assumed it was spam every month and kept deleting the texts. I have now text Stop and am trying to call the number you guys have suggested 08082346337 to get my money back but I never get through to anyone. I have left a message asking them to call me. I don't really want to have to call the 0844 number as that will cost me yet more money. What a nightmare!!! Was fuming when I went back through every bill thoroughly.

I constantly receive a text from this number, and it charges me monthly. I'm wonder if you can do something about it. As it has been costing me a lot of money when I'm not getting anything out of it. It is dousing a big problem.
