It was a lady, she said I had called 911 by mistake

I think it's a non-dialable  call-back number used by emergency services. Tonight I made a call to the fire department with an inquiry, and when they called back, this number showed on call display. When I needed to call them  back this number didn't work and I had to look up another one which was similar but different

Now that I think of it my phone made a pocket call to 911 last year and they called me back to follow it up. It was a 215 number but I don't remember the whole number.

Claiming to be police

This is not a scammer. They are legitimate police. They called me after I made a complaint. You can't call it back because it is a dispatch number.

Got a call this evening around 6:45pm, the woman left a message (didnt give her name). In her message, she said that she was calling from Butnaby RCMP and calling to confirm a custody that I signed up for or to attend?!? She was not being very clear at all.  She spoke very quickly and very little info was given.  She didn't even provide a number to call back. Just when i finished listening to her voicemail,  she called again and this time I was able to andwer her call. She asked if I was Benjamin?! I told her that she got a wrong number and she just hang up right after, no apology whatsoever.

I was sleeping and my phone not in my pocket so I do not know how or why this number called me.

So it was police, turned out someone was breaking into my car... call the RCMP if you get a call from this number

Funny how cops all sound the same. I got a call .."Im looking for -----" (some name)
I said "...wrong number", but my gut told me something was off, because
1) The tone in this guy's voice screamed law enforcement
2) I know for a fact that my name and address are attached to this number as I've had to call the Police
I immediately googled the number - VOILA - Police

It is legitimately the police, people.
The number can't be called back because it is from a dispatch station, which can include Vancouver Police, and any RCMP detachment in the lower mainland.

604-215-4934 Brit Columbia was on display to our house line pass 8:30PM but no messages left !
@ around same time my cell was ringing with Private Number on display (no # shown) once again, no messages = left us wonder what's going on even if it was from VPD !

This # was a "missed call" that I didn't call.
From the previous msgs above, and its timing, it must have been in response to my dialing "91" before going to my landlords door to ask for my overdue mail, which they hold every time (up to 3 weeks). They have tried to steal all of my belongs with a writ/order obtained by fraud and have tried to kill me a few times already and I have to stay ahead of their damned game$.  Now they won't answer the door and won't let their caretaker answer the door anymore either.  (They want me to come at night when the criminal violent men are home). They are newish owners in the current crazy real estate market - - terrori$t/criminal type.

if you are a cop you may want to review the rules & regulations on inappropriate conduct  weird!!!;

I missed 2 calls from them so I phoned back and it said the number was not registered and then got 2 more calls from them

Legit return call from VPD after I accidentally pocket dialled 911.

Lady called and claimed I called 911 ... And asked for my info. But I checked and I had not make a call 911 call. So looks like this is a scam. Be careful and don't give your info.

got a message from this number asking if I was from victim services. tried calling back and it said number not in service.
