One ring and they hung up.
considering this is directory assistance number, I can't see them calling and hanging up. So I am guessing their number is being used by hackers and scammers.

Telus Call Control blocked this caller. Yay!

Shaw charged me for calling back to them as directory assistance. They should not pay them at all. They are scammers

Got a call from 604-555-1212 phone rang once and hung up - I check out the number on internet only to find out that these are scam callers.  There are so much scammers these days I stop answering my phone.

It is a money-making scam number! I called it back (no answer, just an odd machine message) and now see a $1.75 charge on my cell bill! Don’t answer, don’t call back!

As everyone should know 555-1212 is the number people call for directory assistance.  In this case it would be assistance in the 604 area code.  Yes, there is a charge for calling it.

411 is directory assistance, however 555-1212 is an alias.

Got call while on another call. Called me between 3-4 pm Ontario time!

My phone dose not ring but the number is recorded each time a call comes from ??who ever, 411???. Today I picked up the phone, dead air then dial tone.

Called twice in a row never ringed

Same today. I was suspicious about this.

Rings once and hangs up, about every second evening very annoying.

They called twice but my phone didn't ring.

This number called this AM… rang once… tried to block, but Telus said I can’t.
