Got a missed call on my cell phone, they tried to reach me at 1:40 in the morning just now.

Me too! Same caller. WTF When I call the number back it says it is not in service.

Got a call from this number today. It stated private name but the number showed as 604-602-9478. I don't answer private calls, but decided to call back to find that the number was un-assigned.

this is a call from SKYPE !  for sure ! some people use it to avoid longdistance charges, but as it is an internet phone (voice over IP) the line can be bad ! so yes, maybe all you hear is typing, garble, nothing or ??  not sure what the message is if you call it back, maybe it depends on how they have their account set up but it is definately from someone using skype.

Just got this call on my cell. No one on the other end. Very weird.

I got call from this number couple days ago in 2 in the morning. i called back and number not in service. i asked my friend who works with a phone company and he said it might be somone using a long distance calling card

I got ANOTHER call from this number!!! it was s girl on the other line asking for a "Brandon" I told her no one was here by that name and she said she would remove my number from "the list" don't know what that means but hopefully no more calls!!!!!

I had gotten 4 calls from this number and no one was on the other end when I answered! I called back and the number was "out of service"

Could be someone I know, perhaps the Exes, who knows.. Not answering till they identify themselves by leaving message etc. I don't answer strangers!

I get called by this number everyday, multiple times and just 5 minutes ago they called and i answered but they always hang up when i am the one answering... The  other day my mom answered and they asked for my sister and they knew my sisters first and last name somehow since that is who they asked to speak with...My mom asked who was calling and if she could take a message and they refused and said they would just try back later...I would really like to know who they are and put a stop to it because it is annoying how they keep calling and a lot of the time it is repeatedly one call after the other... it shows up as a local number so i am assuming that it is indeed based somewhere here in Vancouver unless they are just spoofing their number somehow..

I received a call from this number at about 4pm.  Yesterday they called at 5pm and didn't leave a message.  They asked for me by my first name (which is on my voicemail, and would not tell me what it was concerning.  They said they had to verify personal information with me before they could tell me the details of their call, and that it was regarding my account with the BC government.  I said I didn't feel comfortable giving out that info to them, and they asked if I had received a notice in the mail - I said no, then she said they would look forward to receiving a call when I did and she hung up.  She was not professional sounding - it did not sound legit to me at all.  I suspect they were fishing for personal info for some sort of fraud.

I got something really weird. My boyfriend lives in Florida, the U.S. this area code is where I live. in Vancouver Canada... when he called from his cellphone normally a 210 area code but THIS number showed instead. It was bizarre.. I answered it and my boyfriend was talking but, he lives in FLorida ?????

I also looked it up in a people finder, find people by phone number, and I tried texting it. But the text came back to me saying it couldn't be delivered, and when the search went through it said there was no listing for this number. It's unlisted and not a cellphone. :p weird.

Just picked it up and a mandarin recording (lady's voice) was played. Said something about the olympics, I hung up.

I got a call just now from them, and they left a computer-voice message saying repeating something over and over in Chinese! What the heck.

This number called me with a female recorded message in Chinese.  It repeated over and over and....

2 back to back calls missed from this number in the early AM. 3 second blank message before the line went dead.

The number calls me everyday between 10 and 11 a.m asking for Bryan Williams. I don't even get a chance to say no when they hang up.  Any idea who or what this is about?

I recieved a call from this phone number at 11pm on January 1st.  I did not pick it up.  I assume that it is was someone calling me on Skype.  I have a friend in Mexico & when he calls me a local number appears on my caller id when he uses Skype.
