Said they were Comcast introducing some new solar service.  I am so mad that I answered this call.

Said they were taking surveys on behalf of our local doctor.

Got phone call this morning saying that I had won the Publishers Clearing House Prize.

I just got a call from this number. The message I got from this number was 8 seconds long of hearing someone tapping on something and noises as someone as if they are moving around then hung up. Likely a scammer.

Collection Agency who uses outdated data in the public record to harass people trying to find their MARK. Block the number and also 1-866-728-0240 which they also use to harass the public. Have told them numerous times the person does not live here but they never stop calling. Complete Harassment! They are LAZY and don't do any leg work to find the people they are looking for and rely solely on public records for data and the data is outdated so they just harass whomever has the # now. Losers!

if you write to them by US Registered Mail and request they stop contacting you at all of your numbers and addresses then by law they have to stop. Send Registered so if they don't stop you can drag them thru the courts for harassment.

now they say north star is calling about a debt and no name of the person

6:20 EDT  Phone rang once.  Have SPECTRUM "robo-call" block service on the house phone.  Then about 2 minutes later, phone rang again with this number showing on the read-out.  top line showed the # in typical format; bottom line showed the same # as a continuous, unbroken string of the numbers.
Since we NEVER answer calls that are unidentified or unknown to us personally ( a lot of family & friends cellphones only show the #, not their name), I have no idea who called, whether 'robo' or not.

After initial one ring call. It rang again, and they did NOT leave a message!
GRRRRR!
