The number 613-688-3625 comes as a international call from Ottawahull.

This number (613 688 3625) was given by using the *69 feature that gives the last person who called. They have called three times this evening leaving no message.

I live in Nova Scotia and this number called several times yesterday when I finally picked up the lady said "let me assure we're not selling anything" and then the call was disconnected.

Got the call today and I didn't answer (I was busy). I called it back and their message machine says that they are a market research firm (conducting research in Canada and the US) and because they do research that they do not have to abide by the Do Not Call list - I'm not sure whether this is true or not. They do apparently have an option to be added to their own Company do not call list and they say that they do not share that information with anyone. Has anyone tried this?

I answered with my name in a business tone and was asked if this was a business. I answered yes (it is a business) got an apology and a hang up.

I'm getting a few calls after having signed up for a bunch of 'get paid for survey' sites online.  I opt out when they offer the option, but some don't.

A few calls are understandable for having give my number out, but if they harass me non-stop, I'll turn them in, and I am on the DNC list.

One call from another number actually left a message telling me how to remove myself from the list.  That's what all of them should be obligated to do.

I have gotten several calls from them and I am on the "do not call list".
I have asked them to specifically remove from their call system.  The continue..
Even though "opinion poles" are exempt from the do not call list in general, they are required stop calling you if you ask them to stop.  If they continue to call after that, they are in breach of the regulations and can be fined.

I don't know who this number belongs to - they never identify themselves, and I never answer, because I don't recognize the number.  But I wish They would QUIT CALLING ME.

You have to file a complaint with the FTC. Stop whining about them and actually take action against them.

You shouldn't have to pay $1.95 a month to get someone to obey the law. I don't consider this a victory on your part by any stretch.

I asked why she is not blocked from blocked list callers and she said that they have permission to call from block caller list I said well I would check on it and here I am complaining about caller I said that you are calling me at my supper hour and I said how would you like it if I called you at supper time and she said she would not thats when I said do not call me any more as I am reporting this thats when she hung up on me.

We paid for Call Block.  I just blocked the number and hopefully--no more calls.

Same thing everyone else is saying... they have been calling repeatedly several times on any given day and they don't leave a message.  I finally answered it and, due to the caller's foreign accent and the background noise, they are hard to understand.  I told them I couldn't hear them and I was busy and hung up.  They are still calling me, I hope they eventually quit.
