says it is a health survey.....

Said it was a "Health Survey" & I was eligible for a $10 gift card but sounded fishy to me 🐍

Received a call stating it was some form of health care survey relating somehow to the State of OH; Said they would email me an electronic gift card for taking the survey.   I asked how they would do that - did they have my email?  Caller said not the call is random, and I stated I wasn't interested and hung up.    

I received a telephone call today, Sunday, from this number, claiming to be from the state of Ohio.  They confirmed my phone number, then asked me to answer some questions. It was an alleged survey about health insurance. I refused telling them to not call my number again. Hung up on them.

called said they were conducting a home owners ins survey..I just hung up obvious scam!

Health survey from state of Ohio.  My number was chosen randomly, but my cell phone is unlisted.  Did not participate.

This is the second time this number called claiming to be a healthcare survey. This time I refused and said they could mail me if they knew who I was to partake in the survey. The lady tried to convince me it was real. I asked them for a call back number. And I was hung up on.

Called me.  Didn't answer.  No message left.

Got a call about this number for a health care survey. Took the survey and was promised a $10 giftcard in email form. It never showed up!

Received call who spelled out her name as being 'Shakima' stating she was from the State of Ohio and conducting survey.  Couldn't explain who from the State she worked for. Admitted she did NOT work for the State but for a non-profit survey company - R.T.I. from North Carolina and a Dept of Health and medicaid is paying her.  Was rude and will interrupt your conversation trying to guide the conversation her way. Said the 'Do Not Call list' does not apply to them.

Just got my 3rd call from this number.  Ignored 1st one, answered 2nd and and then refused to answer their questions and told them "do not call" back and hung up.  This time I ignored it and they left a voicemail with an 866 number to call back.  Still feel this is some kind of scam.

Got a call a second time on cell phone. Female said doing health survey I think from Farmers and wanted to ask few questions told her on do not call list and hung up.

Received a call from this number on a Sunday night, at 8:45 p.m. on my cell phone. When I asked if she knew she was calling a cell phone, she said yes. Wanted to ask me questions about health insurance. I repeated that it was a Sunday night at 8:45 and requested to be put on a do not call list, she then asked if she could call me again at a different time. I told her that I thought Obama care was bullsh&^ and to not call back.

I got a call on my cell phone from this Columbus, Ohio phone number. As I did not recognize the number, I did not answer it. After reading the other comments here, I'm glad I didn't answer it! I will now block this number. Thanks to all! 👍👍😬

They keep calling me as well. I keep hanging up it sounds like a scam.

Didn't answer, it went to voicemail but they didn't leave a message.  From the other comments it sounds like they don't give the same story twice.  Glad I didn't answer.

I get this number calling me about 2 times a week and never answer it, as many times I get scam messages from someone saying the FBI states identity thefts are the number one crime this and that yadda yadda.
so from now on if I do not see a name I recognize and or the phone number on my list I do not answer it.
scammers and they use up my minutes doing so...

Been called by this number 6 times over the last 3 weeks. They left one voicemail the very first time, but haven't since. Glad i read these comments before answering - i thought it sounded a little fishy

Got a call about a confidential survey
regarding health care. As I asked specific questions of who she was, what the company name is, she stammered to answer. I asked her to hold for a second while I look up the number she was calling from AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME -- win for the little guy!!!!
