Argh!!! I thought i was being stalked! I was frightened when i keep receiving this call and not leaving any messege then wheb i finally picked it up, some deep man voice rudely asked if i am so and so then i said yes after that no respond completely silent so i hung up totally frightened!!! They cant harrass me like this. I feel so violated.

I have gotten two calls in four days from these people, and each time I have explained that the person they're looking for (Michelle Hose) does not have this number anymore.  One man even had the audacity to say "Well are you sure, because this is the number we have to get in contact with her."  The nerve!  I think I know who lives in my house.  

Anyway, I called them back, and after a few minutes on hold, spoke to a representative.  I explained to this woman (Kelly) what had been going on, and that under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, all calls after the first were considered illegal.  I also said very clearly that if we received one more phone call, we would be getting our lawyer involved.  She agreed to remove the number, and even provided her phone number and extension, plus her employee ID to help ensure it was taken care of.  So the moral is, if they're not looking for you, threaten legal action.  The company is based in Ohio, so they are subject to U.S. laws on the matter.  Good luck.  I hope this really works.

They call my every half hour from 8am. They wake me up every morning, and I cant do anything about it because I have to have my ringer on in case I actually get an important call. Yesterday I had 16 missed calls from them between 8am-3pm and they continue to call all the way through 10pm.

Same company called from 3 different numbers starting at 8:15 on Sunday morning.  I usually don't answer unknown numbers so I googled all three and saw where they came from World Financial, and I do have a VS Angel Card that was past due.  BUT I already paid the card a few days before the calls starting flowing in.  

Got a call from 614-729-6811 this morning (Monday) so I answered it and told the guy the payment was already made and then he tried to get me to verify my address and information which I refused and he hung up.

I don't have a Victoria secret card and I'm get calls from this 614 # and 303# even on Sunday when I'm at church not good at all.

this wfnnb started calling last week and calls 10 times a day from 8 am to 10 pm even on Sundays.  When I answered they ask for someone that does not live here and get rude with me when tell them so.  I can't believe in USA we can be treated that way.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have recieved 6 phone calls today. All 3 hours apart. best part, their machine says their closed after 9 EST. my last call came thru at 9:20 EST. Same story as the others, I finally called it back and heard my credit card thru victoria secret is a day late. its 10.00 f%^$%^ dollars. this company needs to get a life. im canceling my card. hope they see all these posts.

It's 10:31 am in Illinois, and I have already received 3 phone calls, all from different numbers.  614-212-7500, 614-729-6035, 614-729-6811

That number 614-729-6811 is for either victor secret or New york & company.  They will call you when you are late making a payment.  Expect them to call whenever you dont pay your bill.

This World Bank company is also for Torrid. I made the huge mistake of getting a card with them and NOT ONLY DO THEY CALL, BUT THEY MADE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I had to close that one out and open a new one. DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM TORRID. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, and THEY IGNORED IT. Wow. I am truly amazed at these business practices. This [***] should be illegal and enforced.

oh, and did I mention that I owe them $25???
I would have paid them if they didn't HARASS me and STEAL FROM ME.

I receive calls from 8:15 am up to 9:30pm,weekends NOT excluded! This is harrassment - the calls are excessive and NEVER is a message left. Perhaps if they would reference what the call is regarding I could resolve it. MAN UP AND LEAVE A MESSAGE!

They call my house, for my son (who lives at home,for job reasons)and they call from the 614,& 913 #'s. I get 3 to 5 calls per day (everyday)and when you pick up, they hang up. I called the Federal Trade Commission on them today. File a cease & desist letter for them to STOP calling you! This is pure harrassement!

has been calling and calling my cell #.  Never leaves a message.  I answered and she ask for Amanda.  I told her that she had the wrong #.

It's a bill collector from either victoria's secret I think it says maurice's and some other companies. Of all the numbers they sent to call me, the only number that picked up when I called back was 913-563-6811. It was victoria's secret saying I was $8 past due and she said they would continue to call until I paid it!I don't know if we can file a class action suit because we DO owe them money....so they have a right to collect it

who might that be?

Ok...I am standing in this line too...I am sick of this stupid and annoying phonecalls...I have no clue how they got my number. But what a hell they want?
