I've had numerous issues with this company. I have been past due with my payments. I've been past due for months with my card. I'm a recent college graduate and out of work. It is already 11am and I've had FOUR calls since 8AM. They called me seven times yesterday. I made a payment today and it's scheduled to go through on Monday. But it's ridiculous how many times they call me. Calling me is a waste of your time and mine. If I had the money, I'd pay it. Calling me to tell me I'm overdue isn't going to do anything except annoy me.

I'm a little shocked the BBB says they're not a registered company with them, but I almost don't trust them either because of the recent issues they've been having. (Anyone see the story on GMA about a month or so ago?)

Even when I have made payments though, WFNNB collectors still continue to call me. And they're so rude and never leave a message. It's ridiculous. I wish I could remove my number so they don't call.

All called my cell phone today.  I don't have any credit card accounts, and my cell phone number is not listed in my name; it's listed in my mother's name, who also has no credit card accounts.

They call me, let it ring ONCE then hang up! there's also a 303 area code number they call from too. It's really annoying!!!!! Like you obvious do not want to talk to me badly enough.

AMEN. I agree, if I had the money I'd pay it. You'll get your damn money when I give it to you. Sheesh. Even when you schedule a payment they call and call and call and call and call. UGH. Like get off my freaking back. GE Money bank is REALLY REALLY REALLY bad about it too. Like calling me isnt going to do anything if I dont have the money. PLUS GE Money bank is overseas in the Middle East somewhere and they dont speak very good English, you cant understand a word of what they are saying! I am not racist, but it's really difficult to be assisted when you cant understand the person assisting you!!!!

I too am tired of them calling. They called my house at 8:20 am on Sunday morning waking the whole household up. I owe about $100 dollars total on an old Goodys card that went out of business so the feakin card can't even be used anyway. The representative that called was a pure idiot. She was questioning me about cell phone numbers, where I work and a phone number for my employer. I told her that it was not her concern and that she needed to get back to why she called so early in the morning. As always...cold blooded idiots. I can't even log on to my account to pay the bill...they have it locked so when I pay by phone they charge a $10 fee. This company is rude, unprofessional and no one in the government care or will do anything about it regardless of the reports sent in. "They won't exist long. Because how they do business and treat people by sucking the blood out of them will come back and bite them later. I hope this company looses everything and all the executives that promote this behavior loose their possessions just because they harrass their customers over being late paying their bills. Come on people....get real, the economy ain't doing great right now and we are the ones suffering, not you.

All numbers for WFNB

They just called me at 9pm!!! That's crazy leaveme alone, they always call me on the hour. I'm so sick of it, I've told them it wasn't the person there looking for even though it is and they keep calling back...

I started getting these calls last week..its always a different number but its says WFNNB...its because i owe $20 to fashion bug..i sent a check out and i still get 10-15 calls a day.it starts at 8am and it stops after 9pm....i am to the point where i stop answering these harassing phone calls

If you have asked the company to stop calling in writing, then you may be able to sue them under the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).  This is the same statute that is used to sue junk fax companies.  The statutory damage award is $500 for each call and $1,500 per call if they have violated the statute wilfully.

You should also get copies of any phone bills that show the dates and times of the incoming calls.  If your phone bill doesn’t show this information, then you should use a call log to keep a record of the dates and times.  I have posted a sample log on my web site that you can download and fill out.  http://www.sue4abuse.com/files/Download/Collection_Log.pdf

It's the collections department for Victoria's Secret (and many other affiliated companies).  Pay your bills, they'll stop calling.

So far today I've got a call every two- two and half hours since 9am. My husband answered the third time and the foreign guy stated he could not tell him who he was representing. My husband asked if he could take a message. I've also gotten calls from 614 -729-5602 and 614-212-7500. It's very annoying.
