Received several calls from this number and when I checked into it found some interesting facts. One, there is a legitimate collection agency called Frost-Arnett in Nashville, TN. Two, this number is registered to a company calling itself Frost collections in Nashville, however this company is not NOT Frost-Arnett. Three, there are several companies out there with similar names of legitimate companies that buy outstanding debts (mostly medical collections). With that in mind, know that if a bill goes unpaid for a specific period of time (as determined by the laws in your state) the medical billing will write it off as an unpaid collection - but the bill may be sold many times to unscrupulous collections who will hound you for years only to pocket the money if you pay them and it does NOT help your credit nor does it go to paying the outstanding bill.

I keep getting calls from 615-255-3469 and they never leave a message and when I try to call them back it's funny no one will answer my return calls. Who is this and how can I stop these calls it is working my nerves

My son just got one. Around 1 pm June 29. I called back and told her the info on this number was on intermnet and that many people have reported getting these same calls. She wouldn't give me any info but if my son calls ,he will be on speaker phone and I will be listening.

I answered the phone. They were asking for my son who has no outstanding bills. However he belongs to a club on Facebook where 20 other people have the same name as him. I spoke to a Kellie. She wanted my son's date of birth; I wouldn't give it. Then she told me that she could only speak with him. I brought him to the phone but put it on speakerphone and told her the same. She asked his DOB, he gave it. I asked her to provide his date of birth to make sure she had the correct Matthew.Then I told him "No more info." She got annoyed and told me to stop talking over her. She finally told Matt that he owed a bill to Jefferson Radiology for $105.40. The date of service was 7-6-2006. I told her that if in fact it was a legitimate bill, that it was paid by now. She told us to send the check # and date. I called up TJUH's Radiology department. They had no record of it. They then transferred me over to the University Physicians billing dept. THEY had no record of it either. One told me that it is possible it's from an individual doctor who does his own billing. Both departments also told me that the hospital nor their deparments have any dealings with Frost Arnett - Ja. I called back the company and asked for Kellie, who was conveniently away from her desk. I told the person on the phone to have Kellie send a copy of the bill. She screamed at me, "We don't have to send you nothing." and slammed the phone down on me. Like the others, I believe it is a scam. Otherwise why are they refusing to send a copy of the 'supposed' bill?

If you get calls from this number, call them back at (615) 256-7156, press one, wait for a representative and have them remove your name from their list.  I don't think they're malicious, they're just incompetent.

I tried that. They said they are not telemarketers and my name can't be removed.

They left me no messsage

They've been calling for months and leave no message.  They call randomly and I called the number today and got an answering service stating all representatives busy.  I don't believe they're legit either, they don't even state what business they are on the answering service and clearly do not want us to call them since it is not even an option to hold for a rep.  I've dealt with legit debt collectors who are professional and my debts are paid.  My advice, ignore they're calls and check your free credit reports yearly and dispute any debts not owed.  I disputed one and it was taken off my credit record.

This wonderful company called me only to make me wait on hold, and then tell me to call them back because all of their reps were busy.  I called back and was greeted with a total idiot.  He did not want to supply me with the company name, and kept saying it was fa...  I laughed at this point and said, what is the proper name of the company and he said I already told you it.  I laughed again and he said it was frost arnette blah blah blah.  I then told him way to go on some crappy phone manners.  Glad I got a fake name out of him, and misrepresentation of another company's name. Then I hung up.  Waiting for them to grace me with another phone call

I am continuously getting calls from this number and a message in NEVER left. I too have asked for information on a medical bill and nothing has EVER been sent.

They call everyday around 4pm...never leave a message....Reverse phone kooky says the number belongs to Frost Collections...

I used to work for a collection agency in Nashville.  If a collection agency calls you, they do have to give you proof: Company you owe, amt, date of service, and contact info.  Also, if you suspect that the bill is false, call the company they represent.  You also have the right to pay the company directly.  In TN, you can't record the convo, but you have the right to ask they never call you again.  The downfall: they can pursue legal action, but they have to fulfill certain tasks first and that takes time.  I highly recommend you get the name of the company they are representing & call that company.  You can always google "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act".  They are governed by lots of rules.  You can set up a payment plan, in writing, and as long as you are making "regular payments" and making an attempt to pay it off, they can't do anything.  If they ever get rude, then pull out that "Act" on them..... they backslide real quick.  Just some info: there is a Frost-Arnett Company connected to Nashville Adjustment Bureau there in Nashville.  Look up their number & call them, they can tell you if it's a real debt or a scam.  If the calls continue, call the police & file harrassment report!

keep receiving calls from this number as well, they will not leave a message. Sometimes the number is with the 1-800, 615, or 000 then the number. Crazy!

I've received several calls from this number, always with no number left. After looking it up on here & reading others' comments, I see it's from an agency that contacted me last year saying that I owed for a bill. When I told them I didn't know what bill they were talking about, as all charges should have been filed through & paid by insurance (about 3 years prior!!!), they said they'd send me a printout & breakdown of what charges & from who. I never received anything from them, but I've recently started receiving calls from this number again...

In Tennessee , if you are a party to the call; either the person who placed the call or received the call.
You CAN record the call.
Check your facts.

I am having the same issues as above.  I have received several calls from this number finally answered.  She asked my name and I said yes she then asked my social and date of birth.  I asked who she was calling with and she said a personal business matter.  She told me when I gave her my information she would tell me.  We went back and forth and she finally hung up.  I immediately googled the number and found this site.  How can I get them to stop calling????

They are calling my work phone, sometimes 3-4 times a day.  I don't answer thinking they'll leave a message, but they never do.
