Called me saying that I had a unpaid bill from a doctor who I had never been to. When I asked for a copy of the bill they hung up. BEWARE.

Right, I received a call. All the lady would tell me, is that her name is Kelly! I told her, you're not giving me any information Kelly. She hung up.

got a call on my wifes phone, they asked to speak to me then they hung up. posdibly phishing for information.

This Collection agency call me that   I have an outstanding bill that I really  don't have it. Seems that they are trying to steal identification on individuals or trying to have card information.

Get calls from this number with no messages left

I think it's a scam. Nothing feels legit when u speak to their representatives. Always have a bill sent to verify they won't do that it seems.

The guy who called was rude so I hung up on him

Hi Kim, I am an assistant at an attorneys office here in Tn. I'm not sure if your getting the correct information because in this state it is legal to record a phone conversation AS LONG AS ONE PARTY LNOWS THE CALL IS BEING RECORDED. With that being said, it does not matter who that party is, just as long as one person knows. Example: if I were talking to you on the phone and/or (yes that's right and/or)  in person face to face, I can record our conversation, I can be that one party and it also becomes a legal document.
Hope this helps clarify things along with other people knowing the law on recording a conversation via phone and/or face to face.

Didn't recognize the number; didn't answer the call

Reading the other reports could be viable as we do indeed owe some outstanding medical bills.  However the young lady, Bailey, asked for my hubby's name in reverse.  When I questioned the name she said, no my file says, Joe Smoe, not Smoe Joe.  I again told her that Smoe Joe lives here but she declined to persue the conversation after saying that is not what her file states.  So I don't know.

Caller does not leave messages

They call everyday. If I answer it goes to a recording at which point I hang up. Today I listened and pressed 2 to get a rep. It was a bad foreign accent, I couldn't understand much of what she said. I asked her to repeat several times. I did make out Frost something. She finally got mad and demanded my name and number. I asked what t g e call pertained to. She refused to tell me saying more info could be given if I give my name and number. At that point I hung up and blocked the number

Do as I do: Never answer the phone from people who are NOT in your contacts list. Leave me a fu*1ng msg! I listen to all my voicemail msgs. If it's important, that's a huge IF, they'll call again or leave a msg.  Most times they are scams or collections.
" I owe you money? Wait in line", I say!

By law if they leave a message they can only call once a day. If most likely is a collection agency of some kind. If you don't think you have a debt. Do not give them any info. If it is a debt collector they should have been supplied with the info from the originator.

Called my cell. I answered, there was no one there.  I then said, LOUDLY "you called me, what do you want".  Heard a clicking sound, then a female voice told me I didn't have to be rude.  I hung up and then blocked the number.

I keep receiving calls from this number. If I answer-caller hangs up, if I don't answer-caller does not leave a message.

No voicemail left: if it isn't serious enough to tell me on voicemail, IT ISN'T REAL.
