Received 2 calls from this number back to back. Call went to voice mail. It is definitely a collection agency. Went through the whole "if this is you, press 1, if this is not you, press 2",  and repeated that twice. Then went thos a statement of if you listen to this message then you are acknowledging that you are you. paused 3 sec. came back and said the info was personal and private pertaining to an important business matter. and paused for another 3 seconds to allow you to go to private space. Then continues by introducing what is apparently the caller generating the call a Mr. Frost Arnett who proceeds to tell you that this is an attempt to collect a debt and any info obtained will be used for that purpose. To contact them at said number.

This is Frost Collection Agency supposedly located in Nashville, TN. I got a letter about an amount I had already paid (check was cleared) for a medical bill. I called the agency to let them know I had paid the amount. That's how I recognized the number. They said the doctor's office would update them in 30 to 60 days and not to worry. I keep getting phantom calls from this number. No message and no one on the other end when I do answer.

I keep getting calls to my business phone from them. They will ask for so and so and then when I tell them I am a business and no one by that name works here, they say they will correct their records and then they call back again in a few days. I now have my business line forwarded to my cell and blocked them.

Robo calls which I accidentally answered today. Recording starts with how important this call is and am I XXX. I hung up and called back on the number. A woman started with are you XXX, etc. I told her I was on the "Do Not Call List" and they have been calling here for some time. She kept trying to get me to give name, number, etc. She then tried to talk around anything I said. I told her to take my name off her F*^#ing list. I hung up. The caller ID show PRIVATE so they know that you won't answer if they identify themselves. According to a number search they are a collection agency and have some reports on file with BBB in Nashville.

Someone has continued calling me from this number and when I answer there is no reply....I hang up annoyed over and over!! This has been going on for quite a while and it is getting old....I am going to try to have it blocked!

I'm in the end stages of renal failure from Systemic lupus erythematosus, I spent Christmas day 2013 to February 2014 in hospital, these thoughtless _______ call twice a day and hang up over $149 we can't afford to budget in unless we skip the copays and I go without 5 of my 19 meds for a month.

I received calls from this number daily. When I answer, they hang up. I called the number back a few days ago and requested to be taken off list. They said they would do so,,,,but I still get hang up calls from this number!

I have gotten several calls from this number and they never leave a message.  I blocked my number and called this morning.  Could not understand what they said and kept asking for them to repeat.  Finally, I think they said Frost & Arnette.  I asked what kind of company they were - he said he needed the phone number that I was calling about.  I would not give my number until I knew what kind of office/company they are.  ( I have already had my identity stolen and it financially destroyed me.)  They were rude, hard to understand and had to have my number to find out what kind of company they are.  They finally hung up on me when they realized they were not getting an info.  Be aware!!!!

I have received calls from this number about once a week for the last month. I do not answer and they did not leave a message. When I called back from a different phone, I made up a name and number saying I had a missed call from them they proceeded to tell me I have outstanding medical bills and I must pay right now or they will take the money out of my bank account! This is all fake, they are a complete scam! I told them to fax me a copy of the so called outstanding medical bill so I can look into it and they refused. For your own protection, do not bother to answer this number or call them back! I am now going to file a complaint with the BBB. NEVER EVER give out any personal information over the phone regardless of who they say they may be. There are so many thieves out there and they are good, very good at making people think they are legitimate.

I did not answer the phone.  but read most of the above comments.   If this is a collection agency for a drs office then I am sure it is about a bill I have not and probably may not pay.   You see we went to a clinic.  They drew labwork  and without informing us sent it out of state to a lab which is not on our instate list.   Then charged us money for doing it.  Also the dr office sent us a bill and said our deducible was not met ,, but we pay that before we see the dr.  Needless to say we do not use that clinic anymore.

Received a call this am and I did not answer. They didn't leave a msg. When I called back, I didn't get an answer. Looking at the above comments, I agree this could be a scam. I won't answer anymore when they call.

This number has called me a few times but they never leave a message.  Today this number even called my work phone.  I didn't answer and they left no message.

Called for my wife and stated they could talk with me. The next question from the caller was what was the last four digits of my wife's social security number. I refused to give this info and asked her what the call pertained to. The caller stated we will just try and contact her and hung up. If this is a collections agency it is a bad one.

For over 3 months now this same number has been calling me telling me I owe money for a medical bill.
Every time they call I ask them to send me a statement and proof.every time I get the same answer.we have mailed it and mailed it and yes again mailed it. But yet I have not received anything.
So I did some research on this company.
IT IS 100% SCAM!!!
DO NOT SEND MONEY, DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD NUMBER,OR ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO!!!
Best thing to do is
1. Block the numbers if you can.
2. Get as much info as you can on this company.ask for their adress names and anything else you can get. Then turn it over to authorities or your attorney.
3. If you have to lie to them.tell them you will send them a money order and need to know where to send it. Do not let them tell you a P.O. box. Automatic red flag there of course.
That's the best info I can give you.but I highly recommend that you do not send them money or give them your info.

I have been getting phone calls from this number for weeks and all they do is either hang up immediately or just not say anything for a minute.. It's starting to really piss me off, I don't know who they are or what they want but I know I will find out about pressing charges if they keep calling.

This number called today and a recording said "If you are 'Parents Smith', press 1." I did press 1, it rang a couple times and then it was as if someone picked up the line and immediately hung up. Who does that??? Wouldn't they stay on the line and speak to you if they were legit?
