these people called and i picked up and hung up.  i was just wondering if it was an important call but i guess not.  thanks!

I am in north texas and the call came in on 3/13/08 at 6:44 PM I don't know who or what they wanted just saw it on caller ID, and Wondered who calling. This is the first call and I hope they don't continue.

This no. shows up on my called id.  No message.  We are on the "No Call" List.

I am on the National Do Not Call list and still getting calls from these people...Once I picked up and they pause for several seconds before speaking, so I hung up. They called immediately and I picked up with the same response... thanks for the comments posted here, I will call the police and the National Do Not Call  folks as well as the TimeWarner folks as I get my phone service from them.Thanks.

kantar ops as well,I will follow up with a formal complaint as I am on the do not call list.I suggest that anyone that is on the do not call list file a formal complaint(it is rare that companies get fined,but it will stop the calls)If enough people file complaints the company will change their invasive call patterns.

Two calls today 5:43 PM and 6:13 PM.  No message left.

The automated response when filing the complaint states that the FTC doesnt handle individual complaints, but does collect them to investigate the agencies for legal action.  So, my hope is that if enough people contact them, this will do some good.  Here is the info to submit:

Kantar ops was on caller id, no message left.we need to fill a complaint.  Very, very annoying.

This has happened to me several times.  First was from somewhere in Ohio, next was from Clearwater, Fl and then from Naperville, IL.  I figured that they got my number through some other market research companies that I do business with.  

My philosophy is: If you can't leave a message, then you're NOT worth my time and I WILL ignore all of your calls.

Please! No more calls. Not interested!!

Not at home. Answering machine got funny noise when they hung up.

Has been calling everyday for almost a week.  Leaves no messages.  
We too are on a no call list.

The company is Kantar Operations, the North American operations group for Kantar, is one of the world's largest marketing research, insight, and consultancy networks. It is located in Naperville, IL.

every hour we get a call from them they ring a few times then hang up no message we never answer.

This number called me today and it is the first call I have ever got from them but I am always getting calls from Unkown Callers or Unknown name and caller and it is getting so old they will call you at 7 am all the way till 1 am and it pisses me off and we need to do something about these companies because I am on the Missouri Do Not Call List and the Fedreal Do Not Call List
