You'd think in this age of technology that call blocking would be made available at no charge by all these uber-rich phone companies. That would put an end to telemarketer/survey/phishing scumbags in a hurry! But the phone company is too greedy to make it possible for their clients to have some privacy. My solution is homemade call blocking with the assistance of a program like PhoneTrayFree and an old-fashioned modem in a computer. If this number calls me again, they'll get a SIT tone and a message saying their call is being reported to my state's AG, then it hangs up on them and I don't even hear the phone ring! The only catch is I have to pay the phone company for CID service. Too bad we have to BUY our privacy in this f*cked up country, now ruled by NWO war-profiteering corporate criminals.

called at 8:02 p.m. left no message; caller id showed Millyard Brown - needs to quit calling.  My answering machine states "unsolicated calls will be reported".

I get calls every two days from this number and it is always smack in the middle of dinner.  My husband and I have started having fun with these type of calls.  We started a little game.  Whenever we get a call like this we take turns answering and see which one of us can be the most annoying to the person making the call.  Some examples:  We only will say the one word yes the whole time until they catch on and hang up.  OR we will pretend we are really old and hard of hearing.  On my next turn I am planning on sounding like a surfer dude.... "for sure dude". OR I will keep asking the person to repeat themselves.  Anyway, its fun turning the tables on them and annoying them.  Maybe they will stop calling.  I doubt it but in the meantime, at least my husband and I are having fun instead of getting annoyed.

Received a call from this number today. Didn't answer it.

SOMS ASS++++ named willard brown calls and hangs up.

They keep calling to let me know that i will be receiving the second half of a survey on Latinos/Hispanics,they conducted the first half when they called on 4-18-2013 from KANTAR .They said that i would get the second 1/2 soon, once i would EMail it back i would receive an incentive of $40.00. I have not been able to locate any EMail from KANTAR OPS. The phone number 630-505-3008 has been repeatedally busy. Thank You very much for your concern. Marcella Peralta

They call us again and again.but we didn't know them.

Same problem as everyone else.  Kantar Ops on caller ID.  I don't answer if I don't know who it is.  Has anyone gotten through to them?  It should not be that hard, but evidently is.

They call every few days and never leave a message.

Says on the Kantar Operations site that there is a scam using their name for a personal or mystery shopper.  It says:  If you have been the victim of this scam, we suggest that you contact your local and/or federal law enforcement authorities for advice on how to proceed to recover any stolen funds, secure your bank account and to protect your personal information and privacy.

Please send us a copy of any offer materials you received using Kantar's name by email to scamalert@dglaw.com or by fax to 212.621.0916.  I would use the e-mail to let them know what number the call is coming from and that caller ID says Kantar Op

Kantar Ops is calling at least once a day.  I am going to complain to the FTC at the following website:

This Kantar company will continue to call anyone they can get.  This company is too embarrassed to leave a message or even speak when the telephone is answered.

Never leaves message! I don't answer uless I know the person, ect. Just wish they would stop calling !

Tired of getting calls from Kantar OPS ever couple of days. They leave no message and now I will reject their calls.

630-505-3008, Kantar OPS called and no one was there. Report Kantar as a violator to the Do Not Call Registry since our phone number is on the do not call list. These annoying calls can be reported at: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and takes less than 2 minutes. (I timed it).

I've received several calls from this number over the last week or so. Since it's not anyone I recognize I do not pick it up. Has never left a message.
