I'm having the same issues with this WCA Subscriber Services. The calls are about random things all the time, each time I hit the appropriate number to opt out and have my number removed from the list, but the calls do not stop! I've registered my number on the Federal Do Not Call List. If these calls continue I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission and filing a formal complaint as well as contacting my attorney to see about pressing charges for harassment. This is absolutely ridiculous and this fraudulent company needs shut down!

I encourage you all and anyone who reads these posts to do the following if you have been receiving calls from WCA Subscriber Services -

FILE A COMPLAINT.

You may file a complaint if you received a call that used a recorded message instead of a live person (whether or not your number was on the Do Not Call Registry).

Go to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

Fill out the online form... the more complaints that are given, the better the investigators and law enforcement agencies can handle our dispute.

This WCA Subscriber Servises call me EVERY day, even twice a day from different phone numbers! These are the numbers they call me from: 213-289-5693, 213-289-5632, 215-383-9708, 302-394-6937,  312-878-9519. I am sooooo sick of this!!!!!!

A google search reveals no SD Heyman in Encinitas, CA.

I suggest that anyone receiving calls from WCA subscriber services calls these places for every call they receive.  If they won't provide or honor an opt-out, I suggest we flood their phones with as many calls as they give to us.

okk this guy called me, and wanted my card number. well i gave him a false name and i had an old pre paid card that i never use anymore, so i gave him that number. Well he consited to tell me that they do not take pre paid cards and started getting rude with me. This thing is a scam. big time. and to beat it all he hung up on me:) at least that was a good thing

I called back the number said it was WCA Subscriber services and that I could get a $100 Wal-Mart gift card for doing a survey on a weight loss product. This is a SCAM according to what I looked up about WCA from other people's posts with other telephone numbers, they want your credit/debit card information

I saved this file to my desktops at work and home and play the wav file when I answer the calls.

Hey Doug...I never got any phone calls from solicitors until I registered my current cell number in a national do not call registry.  Since then WCA subscriber services has been haunting my missed call log.  I am gonna track that website back down and do some checking.  How long ago did you register you number on the do not call registry?  Mine was within a week and it sounds pretty suspicious.

I did a little research (as much as I could with my 15 month old running around) and here is what I came up with:
The owner of the company "Firebrand" is FRAUDULANT (if that is a word and spelled correctly). I found a name that goes with the address they have on their website Firebrand Group 7251 West Lake Mead Blvd. Suite 300 Las Vegas, NV 89128; Jack W Lawson. And a number; 702-869-9572. A women (older) answered the phone. I told her I was looking for a Jack Lawson. She said there is no one here by that name. She sounded not surprised, kind of like others had been calling her, like I was not the first one to call to ask for this name. I appologised and told her I have been researching this company (stated above) and it lead me to this number. By using an address look up it gave me the name and number. The women did not seem upset at all. Maybe she is in on it? I do hope that someone gets these types of [***]. Not only are they annying as hell but I have been trying to not be a bum and ingnor my creditors. So I answer all my calls now. I have opted for the opt out number list and I am even on the do not call list. They have had to get our numbers from the registry for do not call. Someone is being paid. I am all for justice. Oh and I also have called the number back (with my number blocked) and got a live person. She asked me would I like to hear about ALL the promising oppertunities. I told her no but I would like to speak with a person in charge or supervisor. I was put on hold then hung up on.

You can call them back press the option to cancel your subscription. and it take 7 days to process your request.

I finally figured out how to unsubscribe to WCA!  If you press enough # signs or 0's it brings you to an alternate option menu.  1 to unsubscribe.  Try it!!

Well, they now have 2 more numbers....714-551-9778 and 917-398-9525.

I get calls from WCA Subscriber Services almost everyday. They have so many different phone numbers that I have lost track. I hope they go out of business. I am tired of getting the calls.

So i got a call from these guys bout a week ago. I take it i wont be getting a $200 gift card to wa-lmart?

The National Do Not Call Registry (DNC) was created in 2003 to offer consumers a choice regarding telemarketing calls.  Consumers can add their telephone numbers to the DNC List if they do not want to receive unsolicited telemarketing calls.  Many states also maintain their own DNC Lists where consumers can register.

WCA never calls any number registered on any state or federal DNC list, even though our subscribers have given us consent to contact them.  If you want to participate in the SOS, you will need to provide us with a number that is not on the DNC.

I just received my 200$ voucher from WCA. Obviously this is not a scam. I'm not saying they are not annoying but for anyone interested what they are offering is valid.

These guys will be at the Leads Con in Vegas on March 1 and 2. I suggest someone close by go and make sure they are never able to call anyone ever again. Gelding is also an option.

I have been receiving an average of 2 calls a day from these pricks.  Recently I have stopped clicking 3 to opt out and started pressing 1 to talk to rep's.  I hear all kind of promotional crap and business names, but none correspond to WCA Subscriber Services.  Today I got a call from a tax rep, probably a sham like most of the information I looked at, he hung up on me when I ask him for contact information and to speak with his manager.  I suggest everyone check out the WCA Subscriber website at wcaconsent.com.  Do not click the red button at the top marked "remove me" - they only try to get additional contact information.  I did select the "removal processing" and input a bogus name with the number they are already contacting.  So far I haven't had a call back......I don't know if this will work, but it appears to have done the job for the time being.  The company must comply with the regulations of telemarketing and the opt out solutions or face possible consequences.

I have been getting numerous calls from this company as well. And I opt out every time. So today I did go to the website to try to opt out and haven't received a call back either. So tomorrow I am going to insist on talking to a manager.
