I have had 30 calls in 3 weeks so i googled the number, ended here.  There was a website for the company,PISA Group.  So I emailed every employee on thier list an email to remove my cell from thier call list.  And thier phone numbers and addresses are mentioned, so hey, if they want to fill up my in-box, I got free long distance, and time on my hands..... Give them a call or an e-mail, let them know how much you appreciate thier corporate practices.

They call us at night day, and when we pick up they hang up. It doesn't matter who answers, they hang up. It always says the company is Mews. and i'll look the number up but i can't find it anywhere.  Its really anoying, and stupid.

I have been getting calls at least 3-4 times a day, different times throughout the day from this  number for the last two weeks.  I have never picked it up and they never leave a message.  I am also on the do not call list.  It is driving me crazy.

They called twice today. The name for the number came up as "Paper", not even kidding. They always hang up whenever I answer.

Calls 3x per week.  I did not answer based on the other comments.

They started calling me on 8-18-08, and they never leave a message, and I never answer my cell phone.  Seems like it started at one call a day, and now it's up to at least 2 a day.  Today is 8-21-08 and they called me at 10:26 Central Standard Time.  Bozo's can call all they want.  If I don't know ya, or you call me anoyomous, I ain't answering.  Hope they are spending a forture in time and money calling people and end up going bankrupt!  PS: I have a Virgin Mobile Cell phone.

I missed a call from this number at 10:00 a.m. on my cell phone.  They didn't leave a message and I was curious about the area code.  After finding this website, I took the advice of a previous poster and called 636-931-2737 to ask to politely asked to be removed from the phone list.  The man who answered the phone semed very courteous and professional.  He replied "What is your phone number?  Ok, no problem.  Your number should be off the list withing 24 hrs.  Thank you."  I hope he was sincere :)  I think this is the first call I've received from 636-925-1746.  Similar to previous posters, I have had and cancelled local newspaper subscriptions in the recent past.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS IF YOU ARE TIRED OF BEING CALLED BY THIS NUMBER!!  It is for a fact "The Pisa Group"  If you're as tired as I am of being harassed by them, simply *67 your phone and call (314) 961-6200.  That is John Pisa's (the president of Pisa Group) office phone number.  Everyone call it multiple times a day just like they do and demand to be left alone!

Why would we leave anyone a message? What kind of complaint is that?
How is a telemarketer that makes outbound calls only supposed to make a sale by leaving a message?
Think about it.

And for those who [***] and moan about getting called, it's easy. Ask to be put on the do not call list instead of huffing into the phone and slamming it on the receiver. Oh, and wait for your number to be confirmed with you, or it may not be removed.

I continue to get calls from 636-925-1746 on my cell phone.  I finally complained to https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx  since my phone has been listed on their site for years.

I would suggest everyone complain to this site so the government can finally stop these pricks.

I filled out a cute "game" yesterday on the comupter and it asked several questions in order to get my score from the game.  I even gave false info about my name and even phoney phone, but it knew enough to ask for a legitimate cell number.  I gave a false cell number, (sorry to the owner of that number), but they tracked me anyway, I guess from my email address.  It said something about costing $20.00 a month, billed to my cell, so I Xed out, but by then they had me.  Anyone get billed for this.   I also got three text messages, I don't do text.

AFFILIATED WITH A SCAM FROM PRISONERS CHARGING CREDIT CARDS

I just started getting calls from this same phone number (listed as "Paper")and there are no messages on the answering machine, just hang ups.  The same day these calls started I also started getting some calls from a different number run by a company called Global Tel Link saying that I had a collect call from Houston and that my number wasn't set up to accept these calls and I should contact their customer svc dept and "register" with a credit card number to accept these calls.  Knowing this was bogus I googled the company and it is affiliated with a jail and their site says "Regardless of who your current inmate telecommunication provider is, we are confident that our technology and service will improve the day-to-day operation of your facility, and possibly increase your revenues"  you can set up an account with a credit card number and either pay for inmates to call out or send them care packages.  Isn't that Sweet?  

They have outside sources that charge your credit cards and it's a scam that's been going on for years.  Contact your local phone service and have the numbers blocked.

No caller ID just the phone number. They keep saying I'm some girl named Sandra and that I have a subscription to some Oklahoma newspaper and when I tell them I'm not Sandra they just get hostile. They call a bunch during the day while I'm in school, never leave a message, and when I call back I get a machine that just lists the number and asks you to leave a msg and they'll get back to you. AND then it says the msg box is full and hangs up on me. They never answer when I call back.

I get a call from this number atleast 5 times a day.  Ranging from 8am to 10pm at night.  They never leave a message and only let the phone ring twice.

they call me every so often...i call back and get a lady on an answering machine stating they are ,y local newspaper and to leave a message however their machine always states the mailbox is full....I have had it with this.

Multiple calls per day. Calls come in as early as 8am, and continue past 6 pm.  Caller ID states "PAPER"
