I receive two or three calls every day.  Even when I answer, no one responds.

I took Lulu's advice from April 25th. The woman said "Pisa Group" when she answered the phone. I told her "I don't know how your company got my cell number, but I'd like it removed from your calling list". She was agreeable and friendly, knew that I was calling from Oklahoma based on my zip code. She told me she'd alert the other call centers, but that I may receive another call within the next 24 hours because it takes that long for the notice to circulate the entire system when someone asks for their number to be removed. I told her I'd call back again tomorrow if I get more calls beyond today.

I too get calls 3-4 times a day from this number. I went to thier URL at http://www.thepisagroup.com/contact.html and emailed everyone listed and told them (with lots of exclamation marks) that I wanted my number removed today.

These people call my cell phone every day at least 2 times a day, but no one is on the other end of the phone. this is the contact info, call one of these people get their full name, and ask them to take you off their lists.  http://www.thepisagroup.com/contact.html

Also, go to donotcall.gov and list a complaint! Between these people and the auto warranty jerks, the don't call list is a joke!

It is a telemarketing outfit calling for my local newspaper, not that I have dropped my subscription.

you people are strange....
when I get a call from a number and I don't recognize it...I answer it...and get this! I can find out who called.  Not from a website like this one, but by picking up my prefered incoming call device and saying hello.  some phones are tricky and require you to push a button to answer, but please check out your owners manual for exact instructions.  sheesh you people are stone cold paranoid.  I use to work for this company, and let them sign me up all day long.  They save me alot of money off the newsstand or the rates the paper pushes.  Oh yea, and the DNC list doesn't work if you ever had a deal with the paper in the past.  Ignorant people piss me off way worse than telemarketers.  You will always be stupid, but a call only last a min or two.

You must not read very well.  I like many have been answering the phone and no one is on the other end.  I picked up on the first ring just now and nothing.  I have never had a subscription to a newspaper, magazine, etc.  I have been on the Do Not Call list for 3 years and 8 months since reregistration.  I reregister once a year.  They have no right to call me.  Some of us do not want our lives disturbed by companies who are not supposed to call us.  Today was the 3rd call so I will be filing a complaint with the FCC.

I received a call from (636) 925-1746 this morning trying to sell me the Daily News in Los Angeles.  I have written the president and publisher twice and hand delivered the letters, I do not want their papers yet they continue to call.  Feel free to write her yourself and explain in very basic English that you don't want their papers or calls.  I say basic English because apparently that are fairly stupid there.

Just called the 636.931.2737 number.  The man said the my number was released by Daily News. I asked him to remove my number and he said he would.  They're telemarketer for Daily News, but I still subscribe to the paper.  So why are they calling me?

I received a call from (636) 925-1746 today, I did not answer it, and no message was left.  I looked up the number because the caller id was NEWS.  I have never subscribed to this company, nor do I want to.

OMG  I already requested they remove my number about 2 months ago.  Now they have started calling me again.  This is utterly rediculous.  I am on the do not call list and requested them to stop calling me.  Some help.  I don't answer now...but it sure is annoying.  What's the point to asking them to stop calling?? I guess if a new extension gets the number it all starts all over again.

It is the PISA Group. Direct line to corporate office is 636-940-2200. You will be able to speak to a real person and they will be able to take you off their calling list. It is a telemarketing company representing your local paper to sell you stuff. They contact past and current subscribers to get you to renew your subscription. Contact the BBB and make a complaint. Nothing is going to be done with everyone complaining on line to other people with the same problem. Complain to the people that can make a diffrence.

Call from 1-636-925-1746 No message. It appears that the Caller ID is different for many people. Mine said "NEWS"

We started getting multiple calls daily from this company after I cancelled my subscription to The Oklahoman.  The auto dialer would usually disconnect after I answered.  I complained to "Josh" at the Oklahoman, asking to be removed immediately from their calling list.  "Josh" said he would forward the information to George Sorrell (whoever that is)and that the information would be updated on Saturday.  Saturday came & went, and we were still receiving calls from "Paper."  I finally got a real person from "Paper" and asked them to remove me from their list.  That stopped the calls.

Got a call today, they didn't speak or say anything, so I hung up.

We've been receiving calls from this number 3-4 times daily. They never leave a message.  I picked up one time earlier in the week, no one on the other end of the line.  I wish some one would be on the other end of the line so I could tell them to cease!  We're on the DNC list (have even renewed just to make sure)...they keep calling and wish they would just quit it!

We have had six calls on our land line from 12/8/09 to 1/6/10.  They never leave a message.  Today we tried to call their number and got a message saying that they have a special offer and to leave a voice mail message.  Their voice mail box was full.  THIS IS ILLEGAL IF THEY ARE A TELEMARKETER as we have listed our number on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST.
