this jack ass keeps calling me at all hours of the day. I wish i knew who it was, I would get together with all that have postings against this number and company and sue the holly [***] out of them in  a class action law suit.

they call non stop and dont answer and when i tell them to put me on there do not call list they hang up

I was lying down with the flu today & my phone kept ringing, I ignored it untill I thought it may be emergency, when I answered it was a man calling himself Sam with what sounded like a phillipino accent, He said is this___ I said if you f---ing call her again & then he broke out and said FU,
When I try to call the number back, I get a wierd sounding recording saying the lines are busy.
I  went on line about 2 months ago looking for info. on a car loan & Im sure that's where this originated from. tomorrow Im contacting the FBI & FDC

I work nights and just got to sleep. It is 7am in California. If this was a legit company, there is a state law that sales and collectors are not supposed to make any contact before 8am and after 8 pm.

I got calls from these people claiming I have a case pending against me for non-payment on a payday loan. They claim to represent LLC Law for Cashnet, They called my job making all kinds of threats and when I asked for him not to call my job, he said he would continue to call untill he got this resolved. He also had a very heavy mideastern accent and claim to be Jason Brown. I received calls from the follow numbers for these same people. 646-843-6258, 253-397-2142, 305-356-9999. DON NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OUT. They are a scam. I looked up cashnet and found where these people are useing information given online to payday loan applications and trying to scare you into paying them money.

If these jokers say they are from Cashnetusa.com, you can go to that site, see their consumer notice on this fraud and file a complaint. I did that today.

I received calls from  these people about 4 months ago and doing the same threats.  He has used at least 3 different names and companies.  He finally stopped but now is calling again.  Also trying to use a blocked number and on my it comes up  unknow.
I am thinking og going to the police and file a report.  
Why can't someone stop them.

The same number calls my cell phone three to five times a day and does not leave a message since last week I did pick up and was threatened and I told them I reported them to FTC. They are a scam. If u have ever applied online for a pay day loan, they pulled info from that.

they have called me 3 times, but they were looking for someone other than me, heavy accent. And the number they are calling is a cell number

Received three calls from this number at work.  I tried calling back, but got a recording stating that the number was not in service.  Then at 4 PM, the number popped up and I picked up, while reading about them online.  There was a person by the name of "Frank Jackson," who had an Indian accent.

I was told that they were calling from EIG auto finance.  I was told that I was approved for an auto loan up to 31,000.  I could choose from either a used or new car and from ANY auto dealer.  Asked for their number and name and told them that I had to call back, because I was in the middle of something.  I checked the name of the company and nothing has come up.  Checked out the number and began reading all about them.  

It's funny, because I didn't apply for any auto loan.  How may people actually fall for this line?  I'm hoping that they call back, so I can get more information from them.

I keep getting called by this number about an auto loan, which I dd not apply for, nor am I interested in, and I keep getting calls.  The other day it was a 5:20 a.m.  Soooooooooo done with this person calling me, I hope we can get it to stop!!!!!

This guy calls me several times a day and when I tell him I am going to sue for harrassment he hangs up. This is not a company I owe money to but a company that want to give me an auto loan which I don't want or need. What can I do to get him to stop.

This number has called 7 times today. It came up unknown all day, then the 646 number. No message, ever. I have filled nothing out and am not in collections. It is very annoying!!

jan 28th i got a call and looked here and knew it was scammers when you cant call them back. jerks!!

I  received several phone calls from this number on my cell phone; When I answered no one said anything and finally hungup. Shortly asfterthat I  called back  and I got the massage that this number does not exist! Now I am receiving calls with blocked ID probably from the same number because when I answer  no one sais anything .

I have been receiving calls at 5:30am on a weekend morning but I can never the call becaust it states that it is disconnected

This company is constantly calling me harassing me I have told them to stop 3 time, they are a fraud company.
