These people have been calling me for over a week now with out leaving a message.I was unable to answer when the had called before but did answer a few min ago.
The are telling me I was approved for $50,000 auto loan. WHAT??? I never even applied for an auto loan.I do Financing in the car buisness for a living.If I needed a loan I would know where to go.I have NO IDEA how they got my info. They would also not tell me and hung up on me.I called back and they keep hanging up. Beware od these people!!!!!!

I've received about three calls from this number over the past week, however I don't bother to answer and they don't leave a message either.
Are they Crazy!!!!!

I get calls from this number 3-4 times a day but if I answer they hang up on me right away & if I don't answer they don't leave a message. My number is listed on the Do Not Call registry, I haven't applied for any loans, and this is getting really old! Anyone found any solutions to getting rid of these idiots??

I keep recieving these calls to from this number. I finally answered it one time and got some guy who had a very very heavy accent and called themselves United States of America auto loans( not kidding that is exactly what he called it) and said I have been approved for an auto loan. I said thats pretty funny I did not apply for one and I am filing bankruptcy so you obvioulsy have the wrong person and hung up. I offered to give my attorneys name, they did not want it.

I keep getting calls from this number however I don't pick up and they don't leave a message. I have been a victim of these scams and will never do it again. Know your rights even if you do owe for bills past owed. These people are scammers and should be put in jail, or at the very least their money stolen from them.

I got my first call from this guy about a week ago.  Definitly an Indian accent that was so thick, it was almost imposible to understand.  He stated he was from a Financial company.  I said good bye and hung up.  I receive a call almost daily at 12:50 PM.  I just press the ignore button and disconnect them.  Some day they will probably get tired of it.

646-843-6258. This number has been calling and hanging up, but i answered and they finally talked to me. They are acting as American General Financial,but with different names and act like the supervisor. I was called a fool and they have an asian accent. I called it back and it sounded like the same guy and they say they will fire the guy that acted that way, but i never got a name, just try to get me to do a loan and I said not over the phone and not right now and the he called me a fool and I told him to take his asian [***] back to his homeland.

This is one of several numbers being used for an ongoing scam. Some of the calls are being presented as offers for auto loans, but the majority of the calls are an attempt to scare people into believing that they're about to be taken to court and/or jail for unpaid payday loans. If you have ever applied for a payday loan online, you will probably receive one of these calls. Don't argue with them, and don't send them money. Simply let them know that you know they are a scam, and they will most likely not bother you again.

We had calls from several of the several numbers listed. They kept leaving messages saying hello...hello...hello to my voicemail. So we called back the guy couldn't even recite what company he was from, gave up on that and told us we had been accepted for a car load. We had a nice long, and I do mean LONG, conversation with them. The guy flipped out when we told them we got on this site and they had been reported to the FBI. Pretty great. If anyone uses COX communications, we believe that they are selling phone numbers to ad agencies.

Got a call from these guys for the first time today...came here to read all your posts.  I didn't answer because i'm at work.  They called my cell phone.  The caller ID lists them as Clifford Law.  I use Youmail.com which allows me to monitor my calls and even put calls on a block list or for calls with no caller ID a list were they can't leave messages.  I will apply this number to the list and hopefully they will go away so I won't have the issues others are having!  thanks for your info!

These people are scam artists, I work for and id theft protection company, don't give them any personal information over the phone. File a police report. If necessary notify the attorney generals they are after your money.

I just received a phone call from 6468436258. I answered and the person hung up.

I get calls from 646-843-6258 and other numbers.  I see other numbers attached to this blog.  I think it is time for everyone to start calling these numbers.  Keep everyone updated on new numbers (make certain it valid for this scam).  It is time to clog their phones.  This is fun time, give them [***]......Let's clog every new phone number they get to use....Give their phone numbers to friends to call them, no sense letting other people out of the fun.........

Got a call from this number 646 843 6258 was a middle eastern accent when I said hello they ask for me. I said I was not here and they hung up. IDIOTS and you wonder why Americans are p---- off that Obama wants to give these people a trial.

That is intresting that you do Auto Finance for a living I do also and they called me. Sounds like they may have gotten a company list or an outside source list from a peiodical that we subscribe to or something.
