I keep getting calls almost daily from this number. I finally picked it up today and did not say anything, then they hung up. I try to call back and I just get an invalid number message.

My wife has been getting calls from this number on her cell for about a week now. Every time we answer, it rings twice and through the noise of an obviously crowded scene, some Indian answer with just “Hello” with a questioning inflection. After reading posts on this website and others, I realized this is probably some foreign job’s piss poor effort at scamming people out of money so I decided to play along last night. Wy wife's cell rang witht he number and I picked it answered it. It rang twice on my end and an Indian women picked up and said, “Hello?” I answered back and said, “Well hello there, how have you been” like we were old friends. She responded she was good and asked if this was “Jill.” Nobody in my family is named Jill by the way. Without answering her question, I asked what her name was. Fully expecting some name that had 14 straight consonants in a row, she threw me a curve ball and said, “Sally Jones.” Haha….yeah right…I bet it is. I then started asking her how her day has been. She said it was good and then hung up. If it was my cell number these people had I might enjoy (for a few days at least) the game of dishing it back to them. But its my wife’s number so I got online and blocked the number. We’ll see what happens. As annoying as this is. I don't think there is much they can do to you as long as you DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Don't even answer their questions no matter what they ask. If these people were legitimate, they would leave voicemails, capable of speaking English and able to supply people with paperwork. Obviously these people have none of this so don't fall for their scam!

i recieved a call also from this number but when i call back it says its an international number.

I called my telephone provider and reported the issue. They called me 6 times over the past 3 weeks. My phone company changed my number and made it unlisted for free.

I am a recently separated veteran of the US Army, and I too have received multiple calls from these [***]. At first, I assumed it might have some of my buddies who are still stationed overseas, as when I tried to call it back, it said it was an int'l number.  I have since learned differently... I answered once, to a Jack Crimson of the 'Department of International Defense'.. told me (in a THICK Arabic voice) I was responsible for the death of many of their loved ones, owed them money,  and they were looking for me so I should give them my info and turn myself over to them... which may be true, unfortunately, but calls like that make the lives myself and my fellow young veterans/currently enlisted much harder than it already is. I know what I've done... the last thing I need is some arrogant scum bag telling me some [***] to get my info, and make my life hell. They obviously know my job description, or they wouldn't have known what to say. These people need to be hung out to dry. I have reported them up the chain of command within the military, so hopefully they'll get whats coming to them. I did my job with honor, and for the sake of my family and country. God rest the fallen, and Bless the USA.

I have been called on my cell phone by this number on six occassions now- each time I have requested for them to take me off of their list.
I have also asked what company they are calling from and get hung up on each time before I get an answer.

I got a call from this foreigner who was trying to offer me a car loan, i told him to go FU and stop trying to scam us Americans. He said: "remember what happen on 9/11, we are going to bomb your country again". I called the FBI, I told the agent what happen the agent said: " tell him to go [***] off"
and then he hung up on me. Now I know why we were attacked. The FBI ignores legitimate complaints.

They were trying to sell me a car loan.  Now they keep calling every minute for the past 3 hours.

No matter if you are a veteran or currently active or a civilian.  I already called the FBI and they laughed in my face.  They are telemarketers posing as scammers.  They didn't target you because of your work history, they targeted you b/c they ignore the DNC list. They did the same to me.  If you are american they will assume you are in the military and then use reverse psychology to get your info.  It has nothing to do with you as a veteran.  It's a random thing they do.  There's nothing the military will do just because you are a vet.  They don't care.  The gov. is already aware of the situation.  These guys are located in New York in the lower manhattan area.  I'm not a gov official and I found that out myself.

these people are getting annoying from high hell. why would an american based law firm hire middle eastern people they would not. they are scammers [***] them. If they are calling you 35 times a day that is harrasement and whats the point and purpose of having a do not call list when they continue to call. Doccument everything and every time they call you

I am really getting tired of the number showing up on my cell phone.  How did they get it in the first place?
I am on the no call list but that doesn't even stop them.  I figured if I didn't answer they would get the hint but no the now call at least 3 time a day.  Help me to stop them.

I keep getting calls from this number and the person has a Middle Eastern accent. He says that he's calling from a collection agency.

This number has now called me nearly daily since the end of May. I don't recognize the number (especially the area code) so I never answer. Plus I'm rarely around when the number calls.

Sometimes it is this full number and sometimes it starts with with 011 followed by the same 10 numbers.

I received a call from this company today no message left.   The number is 646-843-6258

I got a call from this number today and had difficulty understanding the caller due to a heavy accent. She repeated my phone number and wanted to know if I was ...?... (unintelligible but not my name). There was something to do with being approved for a car loan. I asked her who she works for and she told me Gem Financial Services (i think that's what she said). She also told me the address was 534 Gem Avenue; San Diego, CA and when I asked for a phone number she gave me the # 912-304-7592. I I told her I didn't want a car and I didn't need a loan and to take my phone number off the list. She was pleasant and asked if there was anything else she can do.

I have been getting a lot of these calls recently. By the way, my phone number is supposedly registered with the do not call registry.

Next time I am going to scream into the phone as loud as I can.

One thing of interest. I started getting text messages that I had been approved for loans after....yes, right after I had my cell phone number added to the do not call list. There is a way you can send a text back asking that they not send anymore so I did that. The texts stopped for awhile. Now I am getting these annoying calls.

received a call from this number  @ my job...they never say hello..they need to cut it out..tried calling the number back and i was told each time all curcits were busy

These People are just looking for info, for some purpose, so recently I have decided to play my own game, First I offered sexual favors to the guy who cussed me out for being gay, then a woman started calling me so I told her I want to sniff my feet, she screamed something and hung up...So if they call you have fun, don't give them anything but instead just annoy them

Keep getting calls from this number, I refuse to answer
