They called me yesterday and today.  And when I told them not to call me anymore Mr. John Wilson told me that was his job and what the hell could I do about it!

These people will have a rude awakening!! There is alot that we can do about them, they just don't know it, just watch and see!!

The guy Matthew Pirece, Arnold Watson, and Frank jackson Which is the same guy called and was threating my sister and i saying we better pay or else they are going to send the police out here and have me arrested. The said i own them 300$ and if I dont pay it i will owe them 5000$ the were cusing at me and make all kinds of threating me and when i asked what company he was with he hung up on me. He had all sorts of information that no one should have but me. Please i wanted to find out how to get these guys. Please send me info on regards of this to haydens_mommy1@yahoo.com

I had the same phone calls and the same stories, so I called this lawyer named Mike Agruss at 1-323-988-2400 ext. 235 and told him everything, he told me it is all a scam and to make a police report. So please if you want to give him a call, he knows all about this now. Good luck and keep me posted.

I got a phone call at work from a non-English speaking man named "Shane" on behalf of National Affidavit Processing Services. He said he had a very important issue to discuss that was attached to my social security number and that I must call him at 646-918-5060. The funny part is that the number came up "Private" and that is what put me on alert. I'm going to see what else can be done because this is not right. I feel violated.

After reading thru the posts I see that I am not alone. I recieved the calls at work and in an hours time my telecommunications department logged 78 calls and 4 voice mails. I recieved the first call from Mike Wilson, but the other 77 calls came from a Jennifer James. I highly doubt that was her name. I filed a police report, put in a complaint with the FTC and my State's Attorney office as well as change my banking information. I hope we all can work together to see who is behind this. Ive been receiving the same calls except they are coming from a 779-851-2727 number the man has a very thick indian accent saying his name is Chris jones or johnson im not sure. They not only harrass me 5-15times a day but my aunt as well and the  calls usually start around  2 in the afternoon. I havent spoken to the man because I did reverse search on one of the numbers he left and it came back to a warehouse in brooklyn.  Im really scared that these people have my information and an old bank account of my boyfriends. Please tell me what to do ?

She states a financial company is intended to persue charges of misappropiation of funds and stated my SS# is under state investigation and to call her at 646-918-5212 so she could bring me out of this serious matter. She also states if I don't contact her the only thing she can do is wish me good luck in this serious matter. I know this is a scam however, I am going to try to seek additional information about this company and see if I can go after them because they are harrassing me at work.

I am in the same boat as everyone here and they started calling my cell phone MULTIPLE times a day and just now called me at work which is unacceptable.  I had a payday loan several months ago but paid that in full and I think this scam company got my information somehow from that.  They told me I owed $707 and if I did not pay within the hour they would file court papers and have me pay over $5000. Lawyer can't find them. 646 is a New York area code. That's all I know, these guys are sick people. I just can't believe they actually do this.
I hope nobody else out there is giving them money, I'm saddened by this whole thing.

I have had these people calling for two weeks threating me with jail andthey were going to make life miserable. They have all my info and have called family and friends reporting the same thing fraud on voicemail and then when you call it is moneyowed from a paydayloan. I have reported to the police, ftc,attorney general, credit bureaus, bank, social security office,internet crimes and just contacted the samelawyers that everyone has talked about. The police told me to track everything and in the meantime they were going to call an threaten them with jail.

Ok.. everyone its time to connect the dots.. whether you want to openly admit it or not, we have to find a common link. so if you have in fact taken out a payday loan with a company over the internet using that bank account info we have to determine the common link. even if you just applied and decided not to go through with it. but still you entered your information, we must determine the common thread and take it from there. at least if we find out our link we can go after that company for privacy act violations. hit me up at STOP_THE_FRAUD@YAHOO.COM

Hey check this link out...there was a story done on this company. I contacted the reporter, she is currently out of town away from her files, and assured me she would contact me when she returns.

I JUST CALLED THIS NUMBER AFTER RECEIVING A VIEWER COMPLAINT.  I work for a television station.  I spoke to an "Arnold Watson" who hung up on me.  I called back and spoke to another man who said the company is called the National Affidavit Processing Service in New York City.

I gave them a dose of their own medicine. I called them so much today they stopped answering the phones..

I took out a payday loan in the past with cashnetusa when I contacted them they said they have had several complaints in the same regards.I think they either gave this info out or these people hacked into their computer data but they will admit nothing. The FTC is doing nothing spoke to them today and contacted the reccommended lawyer everyone on here has talked about and all they can say is it a scam contact the police. I have contacted everyone and anyone who will file a report. I want something done they have my personal information they are harrassing me and my family and in a bad way threatening me with jail making my life miserable and ruining my credit for the rest of my life. I feel like everyone is giving me a run around. Is there not away to stop them and get our info away from them. I am from Pa anyone else or anyone use the same loan company? A forgein guy called my sister-n-law today and said that I had reported her for internet fraud over a payday loan that was taken out in 2008.  He wanted her personal info and became very threatening when she said no.  She was really scared b/c she is still in high school and just turned 18 on 3/18/09!!  She had no idea what a payday loan even was!!!
