I received a call from 914-373-7095 and +052480189.  They actually asked for me by name and said they were trying to get in touch with a friend of mine, who they said has criminal charges being filed against him.  They told me they had my # because he used me as a reference.  I think he used me as a reference on a job application, which he has posted monstor type sites. That is how they got my info.  Anyway the call sounded fishy right off the bat so I just told the guy not to call me anymore and hung up.  Immediately hwe called back and left a very threatening message, saying i would be investigated too if i didn't have my friend call me and that we would both lose our jobs, bla bla bla.  So then i told my friend about it, and he said he had been getting the same types of messages.  He called them and they convinced him that he owed like 500 bucks, emailed him some form that was kind of a bogus looking wire transfer form from some strange company.  The guy said the company he worked for was National Affadavit Processing.  I looked them up on the internet and immediately came across all this stuff - all the same types of stories, all with indian-sounding accents and extremely unlikely generic names, talk of criminal charges about debt and fraud, threats about job loss etc etc.  So luckily I told my friend what i found, so he didn't fax them anything, but he had already given them his bank account # and ssn.  So my friend tells them that he thinks they are frauding him and hangs up.  They immediately call ME back, trying to get me to tell him to call THEM back.  It was ridiculous.  The guy actually told me they were going to come to my house and take my bread and butter away.  I just kept asking questions, like "do you even know where i live?" and "what kind of criminal charges are you going to bring against me" and in the end, the guy just kept repeating 'just tell your friend to call us'  

anyway, that was yesterday and they haven't call me back, but i'm not the target; my friend is.  they called him a few times this morning and left the same types of messages.

I got these same phone calls last Thursday he called my sisters phone first and left her a message saying i was in big trouble i had committed fraud and was gonna go to jail and whole bunch of other crap! My sister called me freakin out asking me what i had done i was like umm what are you talking about i didnt do anything! I checked my messages and i got the same message so before i called him back i googled the number and i got these sites so i called the FBI of Maryland and she said that they had beed getting calls like this for a while and i had to file a complain on there site and she said not to answer them anymore! I thought about it and i talked to my friend who is a detective and he said just call back see what he says just dont give him anymore info about yourself. I did i called and i got a answering machine it didnt say you have reached federal bureau of investigation it just said leave a message beep well i didnt leave a message i called back and a man answered hello not thank you for calling federal bureau investigation how can i help you just hello i was like well that right there i knew it was a scam! The guy who had a indian acccent he said i owed cash advance 650 and if i didnt settle it now i would go to jail! I told him i never got anything i didnt know what he was talking about he said we have solid proof with a ip address it was put into your checking account on august the 3rd i was like well then why am i talking to you i should be talking to cash advance right he said heres there number he gave me a 212 number and low and behold another indian answers says hello not thank you for calling cash advance well he says i owe this money. I hung up and didnt call anyone anymore at this point i knew they were fraud! Well yesterday the 23rd he called and left another message and it was mean and it really pissed me off so i called him back and a woman answered this time and she transfered me to this guy i didnt even let him talk i flipped out and told him i knew this was fraud and i used a few more cuss words and that i already filed a thing with the FBI and i just totally went off all he got out was let me explain and i said hell no if you ever call me or my sister again ill hunt you down like a dog myself and ill go to jail for something real!!LOL It just so pissed me off that these ppl have all my information now what do i do? I dont have that account anymore but he knew my license number and my ssn. What should i do?

Today I received a call from a company saying I owed them over $700. for a payday loan.  I new I took out 2 loans but new I paid them back also they said it was way before I even knew about payday loans.   this is a scam. I wish there was something that could be done and I am willing to help in any way.  These are horrible ppl.  From our experience with them there are several men and one woman all with very thick indian accents.

I recieved a call from 646-918-5212. They were saying they were from fraud investigations. Couldn't speak English very well. They say I owe a payday loan and have to pay them 874.00 for the charge off or pay them 380.00 dollars to resolve the issue. This man said his name was officer James Wright. This loan was suppose to have been taken out from Cash net marketing which he says is a marketing firm that handles numerous payday loans. I receive these calls quiet often but with different individuals and different names. THey all sound like the same person when you talk to them. Don't knwo who these people are but does anyone have information how to put a stop to this?

Call them back and harass them!!  They don't seem to like it very much.

I keep getting calls from INDIAN ACCENTED PEOPLE who say that they are either security agents or a law firm.THEY WON'T REVEAL WHO THEY ARE BUT KEEP CALLING.I think they might be trying to tie up my phone lines inorder to rob funds or gather data from data banks.i read about this recent form of fraud last week.It's called TDOS fraud.Pleased to share.Theses crooks wiill keep calling inorder to do the job.

I have received several of these calls and even spoke to someone over at Sanders Legal group who are one of the many credit card processers for these people, I received a call but my phone was down and They sent it on the 23rd of dec. that same day they processed a 100 charge to my Bank. When I said I didn't authorize it and had reported it to my bank as fraud. The guy I spoke to wanted me to call my bank and retract the fraud accusation, I told him no. he said they only process these payments but when I asked What company was asking them to process this payment he hung up on me.  National Affidavid Processing is now using the #
6464810239. I am in the process of sending all this info to the police and the FBI. My bank said that once the money is sent out of the country then there is little they can do. I am also changing my phone number and cell number. Be careful where you use your cards. They are hacking every where.

I had my first call today from these lovely people! The message that Ryan Peters left said that there was a serious legal action against my social security number and I better call him right away. Then he called my office (I answered the phone but said it wasn't me) and left a threatening message here, then called my cell again. I haven't called them back yet, if they continue to call me at work I'm going to have problems. So whatever help or info anyone has that will help, I would appreciate.

Got a call from these people also, from 646 481 0239...they said that they represented Advance America out of DE. Something didn't sit well with me during this call as they harassed my wife.  when I took over the call you could tell that this was a set up.  They all sounded alike. (indian, sorry folks I am not racist, that's what they sounded like). I've called NYS Attorney General's office and Department of Homeland Security (Doug Zloto who is the Secret Service Agent from the Department of Homeland Security.  His phone number is 989-497-0580.)
Be careful with giving them information of any type. They threatened arrest with a case number..no less.

I just received a call from a company out of New York, stating that someone I know used me a reference on a payday loan.  I have not seen or talked to this person in four years.  I had no clue she used me as a reference. So now they are saying that I am legally olbligated to pay and that I will be sued. I got right back at him and told him I would sue him if they continue to harrass me. The lady that left the message and the man I talked to was heavily Indian accented.  The number they used is 315-701-5568.  Have they switched numbers?  The lawfirm is supposedly Gil Wifston. From what I could understan.

I had a person by the name of Ellen Donald pestering me on Facebook. She says she is a business person from Florida. She offered to be a girlfriend, etc. but her profile looked fake and other details about her were vague. She also goes by the name Kimberley on other sites. Meanwhile, I've also been getting "Indian" accented phonecalls offering to fix a virus on the computer if I give them details.

Ellen Donald, Dave Warner and Jeff Taylor also contacted me with regard to an elaborate hoax charity that requested donations for a fund to help injured soldiers and/or their families to cope with the traumas and horrific injuries they suffered in their tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. They requested $10, 000 no less up front and then became threatening and claimed to be representatives of a terrorist organisation styling itself Al Qaeda in the United States.

This appears on facebook as well. Ellen Donald and Kimberly Jones are the same person - probably a Nigerian scam operative.I talked to this person Ellen Donald on facebook a while back thinking she was a genuine person but the more I discovered, the more vague things were and when Nigeria was mentioned, alarm bells rang out. There are two sets of pictures of Ellen Donald/Kimberley Jones: one a Hispanic girl and the other an African woman. The latter was arrested in Florida it seems in 2010 for forgery.

I have received call from The National Affidavit Processing Division And I have sent them payments for pay day loans I have had.  I received a letter from the pay day loan companies and they let me know that I still owe them the money.  I have also received a call from aomeonesaying they are from the NYC police dept.  and will be arrested in 48 hours.  I have also recevied e-mails from the NAP division.
