i have no ideal how this got on my comp. i want it off

This is s*** i even tried to txt them back stop or unsubscribe and i got a txt saying
error, unable to understand the text you sent.

This is a scam I never entered my number. Anyone can type a cell number in. I am with verizon I better not get charged for this scam.

I keep receiving messages from them telling me to subscribe.I just want them to stop but don't know how

Well im sorry to hear all these bad experiences about this company, But i did pay 9.99 a month for 3 months and eck in the on the 3rd month i actually won 15,000 from them and it only took 10 business days till i recieved my check in the mail i still play with this company and its my 5th month now and im trying to win more so my kids will have a wonderful christmas... well good luck to all of you and i strongly suggest that you continue to play their game. Its not fake! i am living proof...

I got these annoying messages. I ignored them and my mom just saw our bill and we had the $10.00 charges.  I texted stop like i was told to and got a onfirmed text saying i was "un-subscribed" and would no longer receive any texts from them. 3 hours later, I received another text message. Here is the 1800 number... my mom called, complained and got a REFUND. 1-800-360-0518. I woud suggest calling them and demand a refund. this is ridiculous.

Verizon claims 3rd party charge...get it from online iq tests, etc.  I questioned if Verizon was not associated with predictomobile, why would their charge be on my Verizon bill?  Does not make sense.  I told them if I don't owe Verizon the money that I wouldn't be sending it to them.  If another, unrelated company is billing me, I should get a bill from them.  I really argued and after telling them that it would affect my choice when my time came to renew, I got my money back from Verizon.  I am going to complain to Verizon on their website.  Apparently it is not just Verizon that works with these people, all carriers do.  This is what Verizon told me to do to end this.  Text to 654654 and type "stop", and send.  Then, to block all premium providers from sending you future text messages, dial or text (?) *228 and hit send.  A ladies voice will come on, press 2.  Sit and listen to music for 1 minute and 5 seconds.  This updates your phone to the towers, so that you don't receive these again, for a year anyway.  Hope that helps.  Everyone complain to your cell company about these "Premium providers".

Yep, it did it to me too!  I txt stop to the number and they said sorry to see you go but there was an 800 # for questions.  Posting it for everyone to complain!!  800-360-0518  I don't believe it!  I paid 10 bucks for two months for this CRAP!!!  Another one to watch out for is 75714!!  Good Luck!

I got caught, they charged $9.99 on my cell bill in August and September but they get caught too.

A class action complaint is opened against Predicto Mobile, LLC in Easter District of Michigan on 09/18/2009.

Since September 18, 2009 Predicto Mobile is sued in a class action for charging cell fees of past customer on actual customer (“get the money where it’s easy to get”).

In just two words, when you get a cell phone number, it’s usually a cell phone number user by a previous customer. This previous customer may have subscribed to some Predicto Mobile services in dream or in reality.

If you are lucky enough, by acquiring this new cell phone number, you will get charged for Predicto Mobile service without subscription.

The double opt-in process presented by Predicto Customer Service is a kind of joke: there is no opt-in process.

For your information the case file is opened in Easter District of Michigan as a class action complaint against Alltel Communications, LLC and Predicto Mobile, LLC (case 2:09-cv-13691-DPH-MAR filed 09/17/2009).
