I just got a phone call from this number on my cell....these companies are so dumb!!! They call and then when we answer they hang up. I heard that the computer system is set up to call to see if anyone is at home or will answer the phone at a certain time so that they can have a real person call back. Which is just so stupid!!! I don't know but I will definately be using the statue # to hopefully get them off my back!!

These creeps keep calling our magicJack line.They don't say a thing when we pick up.They're probably the same people who have been hovering over my house in a dark green helicopter. What do they want from me?Why don't they leave me alone????????

All you have to do is call it back, and press 1, you put in your number then the # key.  Within 24 hrs. you are on the DNC list.

I have received three calls from this number so far. they hung up the one time i tried to answer. I saw it is from Georiga and I know no one there so I don't know. I'm gonna look into it further with this whole College Connection thing.

I received 2 calls from this number at 5:37pm and 9:29pm (UK time) on Feb 3. I have a Racine WI 262# forwarding to the UK. Both a man asking for a womans name - Most inconvenient!

They called me three times yesterday

I'm getting this call twice or more every day. I don't know who they are or what they are trying to do. When I pick up da phone they say nothing but this morning they said "is this......" then hung up. So from the looks of it they don't even know who they're calling. It's pathetic. Someone has to do something about it.

I got a call from this number today at about 7:29pm.  I was at work and was not going to answer, because I usually do not answer calls when I do not recognize the number.  But I did, cause I was curious.  And to my surprise they asked for me...but I said I wasnt available.  They did not want to leave a message.  So I called back and it was College Connect, or something like that...I guess they give you information to further your education...It gave me the option to unregister my number, so I did.  Hopefully I do not get a call from them again

I just received the call from this phone number (678-253-6225) again on my cell phone. Although this phone number left a voice mail, whoever this phone number belongs to or on the phone did not say anything at all and quickly hung up. I have received several calls, once a day around noon, from the same phone number for a few days now. I never answered the calls of course because I do not know anyone with this phone number and this area code. Do not answer any calls from this phone number since it could be dangerous! I agree that this is totally very annoying and absurd, but be very careful so that no one gets harm. Blocking the phone number might work. And, what else?

I received a call from this number three times in two days...Strange thing is, yes the phone is magicjack but it is under my parents name...I don't even live here and they asked for me!!! Then when my mom passed the phone to me no one was there...

Is that not weird? My boyfriend answered once and no one was there and I find it strange that they have started to prank call in this fashion.

I too have recieved this call multiple times on a Verizon Cell phone. No one is on the other end and when i call back i dont have the option of a DNC list.

I got this call also and they said to hang on because they were going to connect me to someone for a survey. I immediately hung up on them.

I've been getting calls from this number for appx. 2 weeks now. I recognize these bulls**t telemarketer numbers instantly now, I don't answer.

I agree - I typically don't pick up if I dont' know the number, but I was expecting a call for work on my cell and thought that might be the person. No answer, just hung up. I have put myself on numerous "do not call" lists, etc, and am pissed I got this call.

You don't have to click on anything for getting more info about school, all you have to do is use a job board to post your resume and even if you check no to the marketing questions and give a bogus number the "college connect" people will call you anyway because they take it off your resume.   Highly illegal but you can't prove it and you can't even find out what the real name of the company is but it is most likely registered in Delaware, they have the loosest laws and any company can register in Delaware and then do business in any state.  My calls came from 800-737-5280 but these telemarket fishers use auto spoof numbers.
