- Jim in MichiganRobocall from Heather (sometimes known as Rachel) to lower my credit card rates. I've gotten so many calls with different caller ID numbers, that I've blocked over 50 in the last 2 years. Each time the crooks will call with yet another caller ID. I'm sure the numbers are "spoofed" , so reporting them would only be reporting innocent people with the real numbers that were faked.
When will this CRAP end??? Until then, I keep blocking the new numbers. Fool me on the first call, but I'll be damned if I don't have the second and subsequent calls blocked!- Caller: Credit Services
- Call type: Telemarketer
- CurtThis # keeps calling me trying to get me to give them info to lower my interest rate on a credit card but they can't tell me who they are with. I am sure it is some sort of scam trying to get people who aren't thinking to give them personal info.

- DavidCalled my cell phone today which is registered on the DNC registry. Guy was just nasty when I didn't have the time to talk to him.. I wanted to ask him some more questions, but he hung up on me!
Reported to dnc- Caller: credit card services
- John GrahamI answered and heard a voice on the other end but there was so much noice on their backround I don't think they heard me and hung up
- Caller: unknown to me
- Valerie PlaceThey called claiming to reduce the interest on Capital one, Chase, and Citi Credit cards down to 6.99%
The caller had the first 8 of all my credit cards and had me verify the last 8 and exp. They were able to give me my available balance and before I could give them the last card info that would add up to $3500 in credit debt they asked if I had $700 in available credit. Then they called me Mrs. Thayer, who is the owner of the house I live in and nothing more. I asked why they called me Mrs. Thayer and had all my information and they immediately hung up on me. I am calling the credit card companies and cancelling my cards as I type.- Caller: Credit Interest reduction
- Anonymous RexCalled my cell phone. Prerecorded message from "Heather with Account Services" wanting to talk to me about lowering my credit card interest rates. (Didn't specify the company or the credit card.) Have also gotten this call recently on my home phone. Both of my numbers are registered on the Do Not Call list. Filed a complaint with the FCC: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

- BasterlyMadThese basters call and call and call! It's a cell phone they're calling day, night, afternoons- aren't we supposed to be protected from these harrassing calls! First they called from a 425 area code, and I blocked it; now, it's this number. And when I press "0" and ask them to stop calling, they hang up! You baster banks! I'd love to see you collapse. Give me your number and I'll call you when your at work, driving, eating dinner.

- Wayne replies to JohnIt is NOT Discover. It is a fraudulent scam. The numbers are randomly "robodialed" and they don't bother checking the National Do-Not-Call list. Your Caller ID is spoofed with phony information. Please keep reporting these calls to the FCC and the FTC. We need to work together to put them out of business.
- Caden replies to sandyWhile I haven't been getting as many calls as you have, it is the same people, "Credit Services". They leave messages about lowering my interest rates. But 1 time, a woman with a thick, heavy Spanish accent, kept asking me if I spoke English or Spanish. I kept asking her "Who's calling?" She would not identify herself. They call from various phone numbers, so it's hard to block them.

- TerryRecording, "Rachel of card holder services...." has called me everyday for months. What could possibly be their motivation. I have pressed "9" to talk to a "live operator" but it just hangs up. I would love 5 minutes alone with whomever is responsible for this annoyance.

- JimI called back from the number they called me on, Got the message "If you do not want our promotions and want to be removed from our call list, please press 1..."
So, I pressed 1... Maybe they will stop calling...- Caller: No Name given
- spammerslammerThis looks like a real phishing scam instead of a credit service. Asking people for credit card info so they can "lower their interest rates". Very unlikely. More likely a phishing operation that cares nothing about do not call lists. They called my unlisted, do not call list phone number but left no message. Looks like yet another rude inconsiderate robocaller offering up more useless spam.
